  What is the deal with Dunkin lately?? All of them have just been bad the last couple of times I’ve gone. I used to go to Dunkin all the time, but the past several times I’ve gone, the drive thru workers have been incredibly rude and act like they hate people and their jobs.. like work somewhere else then??! I always ask for half sweet- otherwise it tastes like straight syrup to me. Not only did I get attitude for asking for it to be half sweet, but then when I pulled up to pay and get the coffee, the girl (who was different from the one taking my order), did not speak at all and just looked at me like she was annoyed. I tried to kill her rudeness with kindness by smiling and saying “thank you” each time she handed me something- she just stared at me every single time I said it and then turned back to face her screen.aside from that note, the latte still came out super sweet. I just decided to go home and fix it. Last thing I want to do is make them more aggravated by asking them ti make me another!

  Not sure what’s up with the morning shift, but every time I come to this location it’s like they hate everyone. As someone who’s worked in fast food for years I understand having some bad days, but the girl working the drive through register seemingly has a bad day, everyday. Erica, the girl with the glasses on register this morning was extremely rude when it came to taking my order and taking my payment. I recommend staying away from this location because the staff is horrendously rude.

  This location never fails. Definitely my go to spot for coffee and good service!

  I came through today, on 04/06/26. Around 7:30 AM. I go to this location just about every other day. While my coffee is almost always perfect, my food is always jacked up. Today iam like 99% sure the cheese on my wake up wrap is expired. It made me GAG and I had to spit it out! I tried to call to tell them not to use that cheese but no answer and the mail box is full. I doubt this will be seen today so hopefully someone else doesn’t get expired sour cheese!
