  Second time here. First visit was opening week — had to leave before our drinks even came out and rush to finish our food because we had a Broadway show and the service was just too slow. Gave them the benefit of the doubt since they’d just opened and came back. This visit was somehow worse. We got there as the FC crowd was filing in, so we weren’t expecting the fastest service right out of the gate. Fine. But as that cleared out and the place settled down, our service got worse anyway. Our server avoided our table like it was her full-time job. When she did finally come by, she seemed annoyed with us the entire time and would turn to walk away while we were still talking, mid-order, mid-question — didn’t matter. Every single interaction, we were made to feel like the most unreasonable people she’d ever had the misfortune of serving. Our water glasses were dirty and we asked for new ones, waited 15 minutes, and she came back to tell us there were none because they were all in the dishwasher. We waited another 15-20 minutes and eventually just asked for any glass — didn’t care what kind, just wanted water — and she seemed genuinely aggravated by us asking. Asked for hot sauce twice only for her to eventually come back and tell us they didn’t have any. Like what?? Drinks took 20-30 minutes a round, our second round came out wrong, food took forever with zero updates in between, she never cleared the table or checked in once, and someone else entirely ended up handling our checks at the end of the night. Then the parking. The garage was running event pricing, Dos Caminos validates, but the attendant had half our group pay upfront before they could get validated — so now they’re out $35 with nothing they can do about it. For what it’s worth, the food and drinks are actually pretty decent. Just not good enough to make any of this worth it. Won’t be back.

  Dos Caminos Since we arrived, the service was very friendly and fast, the atmosphere is spectacular: the colorful decoration and the music create a perfect vibe for a date or a special outing with friends. The food and drinks were excellent, fresh and full of flavor. It is definitely a place we will return to. Highly recommended if you are looking for good food, great atmosphere and a fun experience.

  Went there on mother’s day with my family that had a reservation and what a disaster. First of all the hostess didnt even smile and had an attitude for no reason, left us standing in the entrance in this random space for about 15mins. When my husband finally went to ask what was going on she said that they were not taking anymore reservations because the water was out. We were wondering when we were going to be inform about that. The carelessness and lack of a welcoming attitude made us not want to even try this place in the future. Do yourself a favor and go a few blocks down the road to Casa Azteca Mexican Grill what a great place with delicious food and amazing service.

  Forgive the long review, but my experience was interesting, so I wanted to share. This was my first time coming to this location, I was meeting here for a date. First I'll say the food wasn't bad but it wasn't anything spectacular, we ordered the birria tacos.. The problem came with the service.. The greeters didn't do anything wrong, but after I was walked to my table and sat down, no one came to check on me for about 10 minutes, at this time my date hadn't arrived yet so I understood somewhat. Eventually water was brought to me by a female server, and she told me if I had any questions about the menu to ask her, I said ok thanks. My date arrives, and we're waiting another 10 minutes for her to come back. Eventually I take it upon myself to ask a server passing by if anyone was serving us, and he went to check. I could see him go ask the female worker about our table and I saw her say no as if she was refusing to come take our orders. I was confused. We sat and waited for another 5 minutes or so before a male server came and asked us if we were being served and I said no and that we had been waiting. He was very non-expressive and had a cocky demeanor the whole time he was serving us. At this point I was done with this place and confused at how we were being treated. I won't be back to this location, maybe it was just an off day for them but I was disappointed in the service

The atmosphere is incredibly vibrant and stylish, with a modern Latin vibe that’s perfect for anything from a lively celebration to a great night out in the city.The highlight of the night, however, was our server, Adamaris. She was the definition of "top-tier" service—friendly, warm, and professional from start to finish. She was remarkably observant, checking in at all the right moments without ever being overbearing. Her positive energy truly elevated the entire meal, making us feel genuinely welcome and perfectly taken care of. The El Camino margaritas were perfection in a glass, expertly crafted with fresh lime.If you're looking for bold flavors and world-class service in Charlotte, go to Dos Caminos and ask for Adamaris. We’ll definitely be back!
