  Mi primera vez aqui en Charlotte y fue increíblemente delicioso, nuestro mesero Cristian fue muy servicial, amable, respetuoso y siempre estuvo pendiente de que todo fue excelente para nosotros.

  The food was delicious, and our server, Christian, in Charlotte, NC, was exceptional and very friendly\. He was attentive and genuinely helpful in making sure I had a great dining experience\. His excellent service, along with the wonderful atmosphere, made me feel satisfied and happy to have visited\. I truly appreciated his kindness and outstanding service!

  Great place in Uptown Charlotte! There was plenty of seating inside and at the bar, but since the weather was beautiful, we opted to sit outside and it was the best choice. There was a live DJ as well. Our server was fantastic: very funny, sweet, and attentive. The complimentary chips and salsa were really good. The chips were fresh, warm, and crispy, and the salsa had the perfect amount of flavor and heat. My spicy mango margarita was perfect. The heat was just right, and between the Tajín rim and the candied dried mango garnishes, it was such a fun drink. I also had the chicken quesadilla, and I really had no complaints. The tortilla was soft, there was a good portion of chicken, the guacamole was amazing, and the pico de gallo was really good. Overall, great food, great drinks, and a really enjoyable atmosphere. I’d definitely come back

  The patio is amazing happenins in uptown to look out no matter what season. Nathan our server was excellent of having an enjoying personality and being attentive without us noticing him, what skill! I am a very food to price ratio person. The burrito is around $25, the most expensive burrito I have ever purchased, and I have done it like 8 times. Excellent Mexican what a treat every time we visit!

  This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. I made a reservation in advance and our table was ready with chips, salsa and water when we got there - great! Greatness ended there. 25 minutes we waited to give our order. I had to flag our waitress to give the order. The food got to the table and was just left on stands and after 5 minutes we had to ask someone if it was ours and if we should pass it out ourselves. By the time someone gave us our plates, as you can imagine, they were warm at best and we discovered half (if not more) were wrong. I got a manager to let him know and to confirm we hadn’t received our drinks. The manager proceeds to get our drinks from the bar which I had seen sitting there at least ten minutes. For perspective, they had layers of melted ice at the top and yet rather than apologize and make fresh drinks he tried to serve us these. Our incorrect orders were not fixed even though one was sent back 3 times. Our check was incorrect at least three times and there was no effort to compensate us for the poor experience or even apologize. For the prices they charge I would’ve absolutely expected better - horrible experience.
