When they will actually start could be anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes later. Basically, it you are expecting your order to be ready when they say it will, you will be very disappointed.

My pizza was sitting on the rack and after several minutes passed I talked to a customer who said everyone is getting ignored. The customer spoke Spanish and the staff was straight up ignoring him. On top of that I was getting ignored. I finally spoke up and the associate was defensive and gave me the pizzas. Got home and was missing all of our sauces. Management needs to go.

I saw the driver pull into a parking space in front of my building, sit in their car, then leave. NEVER ACTUALLY DELIVERED MY ORDER. I called the store, they told me the driver left with the wrong order. DON'T YOU THINK THAT'S SUPPOSED TO BE CHECKED BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE? They then tell me the driver just walked out the door to deliver my correct order. 15 MINUTES LATER, STILL NO DELIVERY. How is that for a Dominos 5 MINUTES ACROSS THE STREET FROM ME? I called this Dominos location to tell them to cancel the order and refund me. THEY REFUSED, saying they'll have the manager call me tomorrow. Hell no, you can refund my money now and I'll never waste my time ordering from Dominos ever again. Submitted a complaint via Dominos' website. Don't waste your money or time on this place.
