I visited the restaurant to pick up a carryout meal. The only person I encountered was the cook preparing the pizzas. Upon entering, she remained silent until she finished her task and then spoke to me, ringing me up. It’s worth noting that she didn’t wear gloves while she was working. After I paid with cash, she didn’t wash her hands and proceeded to make another pizza. Considering the ongoing global health crisis caused by diseases, bacteria, and other pathogens, as a food worker, it’s crucial to prioritize regular hygiene practices, such as handwashing and wearing gloves.

I really wanted to have a good experience with this Domino’s location, Store #8834, especially since it is new to the area and we were excited to have another convenient food option nearby. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. Before placing our order, my husband specifically called the store and asked if they offered curbside pickup. The gentleman he spoke with said yes. My husband then placed an order for two large pizzas, Parmesan Bread Bites, and wings, with the sauces requested on the side. He also let the store know that his wife would be picking up the order in a white car. When I arrived, I pulled up directly in front of the restaurant and waited several minutes. Since no one came out, I called my husband to ask if they had given him any additional pickup instructions. He then called the store on three-way, a young lady answered, and after he explained that we had placed a curbside order and that his wife was outside waiting, she responded, “Okay, I’ll be right out.” I waited another 10–15 minutes. No one came. At that point, I had to get our toddler out of her car seat **in the rain** and take her inside with me to pick up an order that we had specifically confirmed twice was supposed to be curbside. Once inside, another employee asked if I had an order. I explained that I did and that it was supposed to be curbside. She then told me that they are not allowed to bring orders outside. I asked why we had been told otherwise—not once, but twice. My husband specifically asked about curbside service before ordering, and another employee had just told us she would bring the food out. What made the situation worse was the response. Instead of simply apologizing for the misinformation or acknowledging the inconvenience, the employee was extremely dismissive and unapologetic. When I explained that they could have simply told us from the beginning that curbside service was not available, I was essentially ignored. Mistakes happen, especially with a new location, and I can absolutely understand the team still working out some of the kinks. What I do not appreciate is being given incorrect information multiple times and then being met with poor customer service when asking for clarification. To add insult to injury, when we got home, the sauces that were supposed to come with our wings were missing, along with the dipping sauce for the Parmesan Bread Bites. This location is new to our community, and we were genuinely excited to support it. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor taste in our mouths. Some retraining may be needed so that employees are giving customers accurate information about the services this location actually offers, but even more importantly, there needs to be an emphasis on how customers are treated when the store does make a mistake. At this time, I cannot recommend this location to our neighbors. We will likely drive a little farther to another pizza establishment in the future rather than risk having a similar experience again.

Don't trust the app for time. It's always a lie. Even though they say they've started the process, all it actually means is that they have received the order. When they will actually start could be anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes later. Basically, it you are expecting your order to be ready when they say it will, you will be very disappointed.
