We ordered delivery from a location only 2 miles away while hosting a party and were specifically told the store was not busy and that the order would arrive on time. Instead, the food showed up over an hour late. What made the situation even more frustrating was that while I was still on the phone placing the order, I told the employee I would rather just come pick it up myself to make sure it arrived on time since we live so close. I was then told they could not switch it to carryout because they had already submitted the order — even though I was still actively on the phone with them when it was processed. When I called the store afterward for updates, I was placed on hold multiple times and hung up on repeatedly. The staff was extremely unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. I asked for the names of the employees and managers I was speaking with, and they refused to provide them. The hiring manager also would not provide his name or the name of his supervisor. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold, which made it seem like it had been sitting or riding around for quite a while before delivery. I later found out the manager’s name is Kirby. Looking through the reviews afterward, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated issue. Many customers mention the same problems with professionalism, communication, and late/cold food. I was also told someone would follow up with me regarding the experience, and it has now been nearly a week with no response. Extremely disappointing experience overall.
