  Online ordering will not allow delay for pickup! So I ordered the pizza and immediately called the store to ask for a 20-30 minute delay. Was on hold for 10 minutes only to be told the "pizza is in oven". Then when picking up, observed 2 of the food preparers had long beards, GROSS! Health dept regulations require wearing a beard cover which they ignore.... Also, they forgot to give the dipping sauce on my order until I reminded the cashier. Asked for a few napkins, told had none! Got home and found my pizza was not cut! (see pic) WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH THIS STORE? Not going back to this location...

  Delivered the wrong order, Late and , COLD! Driver just left pizza on the ground by the front door, didn’t ring the door bell. Called store 5 times waited on hold for a total of 55 mins without anyone answering our multitude of calls! Worst customer service and store! # disappointed!!!!

  Do not order from here. I Ordered online. It said it was delivered but it was no where to be found. I called the store and was left on hold for 20 minutes without anyone picking up the phone. Im now out $50.

  Every time I order pizza here, the order gets messed up; they always leave something out or add something I didn't ask for. The chubby girl working the afternoon shift today has the worst customer service skills.
