It got to be over an hour after the pizza was done and still hadn’t been picked up for delivery. I tried calling multiple times but you can’t get a human on the phone. It’s all recordings. As soon as I did get a notification that it was picked up, someone from the store finally called me (sounding like he had been hanging at the smoke shop next door) asking if I wanted to cancel. Although he wasn’t rude, he also didn’t offer to make a fresh pizza and send it ASAP, offer a discount, nothing. Just wanted me to cancel. Management needs to do some better training here.

I wouldn’t even recommend it be in business anymore. Because why offer delivery and you don’t be delivering anyone’s food? We didn’t get our food until 1am and we ordered it at 10pm! I spoke with management on the phone, and he wasn’t trying to let me cancel the order unless we came up there and submitted a new order which didn’t even include a refund. SMH. I had to ask. No apologies, no nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this pizza to my worst enemy. Disgusting.

The driver was very unprofessional and falsely claimed to deliver the pizza and claimed to have contacted us multiple times when we never got any phone calls. They had a terrible attitude over the phone and we ended up having to come pick up the pizza ourselves at almost 1am. Terrible service. Didn't even greet us when we came inside. We also had to request refund for the delivery fee.
