- NFNolan Ferguson1 day ago3.0I would say 3.5 stars. You'll almost always get just what you ordered. The time of day you order can be very important though. Sometimes during busy or understaffed hours they'll send drivers with multiple orders and if you're the last stop I've had a pizza be on the road for 35-40 minutes before and arrive lukewarm at best. Pickup has never been an issue at all as is definitely the best way to enjoy them. I don't recommend trying to order close to closing time they don't always wait up until the posted closing time to stop answering phones and stop taking orders.

When I called and chose to speak with a manager the phone line just rang and rang. I had to act as if I was ordering a pizza to talk to anyone. Once I spoke with someone she gave me the option to remake, refund or get a credit. I told her she could do the credit option thinking that was the easiest option then was told that they couldn't do a credit on my account because of an issue that happened 2 years ago. 2 years ago I had a delivery man place my pizza on the ground and leave it there. Ants were in the box. When I took it back and asked the manager to remake the pizza she refused and I let her know I would be contacting the corporate office. 2 years later Im just being told a comment was placed on my account saying that I was rude and not to apply credits to my account. So if the manager disagrees or doesnt like that you ask for a refund they can just put a negative comment on your account. Its funny that they have had no problem taking my money the past 2 years or continue to accept my business. If I was so rude why not block me from ordering there all together. I will NO LONGER do business at this location.

Y'all wanna know what they offered me? a free soda… I asked for a sauce pack & to my surprise the girl tried to charge me…… after I waited another 15/20 minutes for food THEY gave away to somebody else & had to remake it. Had the nerve to say “we will this time but next time we can’t” so I told her next time maybe don’t give away someone’s food to the wrong customer?? most unprofessional, entitled, & greedy associates in this store, plus I hate when an employee acts like a $1 sauce gone come out of their pay check. Won’t be ordering from this dominos again

I waited for it, after 25 minutes they said they didn't have the sandwich. Calm down like it was nothing! I wasted time, and I don't have time to go to the restaurant to get something else because when the break is over. This is not the first time this has happened to me. We need to change this please. No one has time to waste.
