Was told by manager that if I wanted them to remake my pizza I would have to pay for them to do so. It didn't matter to him that my pizza was over cooked and poorly made. I wasn't trying to get a free pizza wanted to return the terribly bad pizza that I paid for something we could eat and enjoy. Told me to take it up with Dominos.com. I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!!!!!!!! Just RUDE!!!!

If you don't have staff just close for the day instead of taking money from customers and making them wait for several minutes. Worst dominoes in Charlotte by far. Please avoid at all cost. This place is not worth your time and money.

My food is delayed because they didn’t staff properly during lunch hours. Failed to advised me of refund and points used due to a lack of knowledge and attitude was very dismissive. I had to cancel. I’m glad I did because he was doing interviews and making food all without changing gloves or with one glove on. Even with gloves is prettty disgusting to be contaminating everything without changing them out while working alone and during interviews.
