My husband and I came into Dairy Queen expecting a quick and simple stop, but the customer service was honestly ridiculous. When we walked in, a woman was ordering a cake. No big deal — we understand that takes a little extra time.
But after standing there waiting for 20 minutes while she finished her order, it was finally our turn. I placed my order, and then the cashier completely ignored my husband, even though he had been waiting right beside me the entire time.
Instead of asking what he wanted, the cashier turned and helped the man behind us like my husband wasn’t even there. It was extremely rude and awkward, and it made us feel disrespected after already waiting so long.
Customer service should be the bare minimum, especially when people are patient and waiting their turn. We won’t be coming back.

service was terrible, me and my friend waited in line for 10 minutes before ordering. once we did order the man seemed like he had no idea how to do his job. they proceeded to skip over me and served the man behind us. despite me speaking up, the man still was able to purchase and receive his food before me. food was great. service needs help. and speed.
