  I’m a Charlottean I have been going to the Dairy Queen on Wilkinson Blvd for a long time. It was disappointing for me at my lunch break when I went there to get a blizzard in the ice cream was not thick as usual and twice but they changed it a third time I ask for my money back because of the texture of the ice cream was soupy and they would not give it back to me so I will not be going their anymore poor service they tried to force to get something I don’t want They can go ahead a shut Heads up the other DQ is so much nice with Great Customer Service

  The "classic burger & fries fast-food chain" is misleading. Being new to the area, and never having visited this stand before, I walked almost 2 miles for what I thought was going to be a nice Lunch and Desert. Instead, all I found was desert and a few snack items--NO burgers and NO fries! It was a HUGE disappointment, and ended up having to go somewhere else for lunch. That said, the Strawberry Ice Cream that I did get at this stand was absolutely delicious, making my trip not a total waste of time. I would recommend editing the info on this location to put in bold lettering at or near the top warning people that this place is does NOT serve the full DQ menu.

  This is a great old spot for ice cream; Shake's, smoothie and drinks. They also have hot dogs 🌭 and pretzel sticks. DON'T BE IN A RUSH!!!!!

  Horrible customer service on April 7 at 5:38pm from girl at register order incorrect. And didn’t attempt to correct or fix it. Wish I could give 0 stars.
