- MCmadison close2 days ago1.0Absolutely terrible experience. The manager, Miguel, has one of the worst attitudes I’ve encountered from someone in a customer-service position. He was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional toward customers, and the way he spoke to and treated employees was just as bad. A manager should be setting the example for how people are treated, but Miguel does the exact opposite. The entire atmosphere was uncomfortable, and it was obvious that his attitude affects both the customers and the employees working there. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a restaurant. Management needs to seriously address Miguel’s behavior because no customer should have to deal with that kind of attitude, and employees shouldn’t either. I won’t be returning to this location.

Normally going in a chipotle it’s like going into a bad kitchen experience. Nothing‘s wiped down the food coming all out of the containers corn in the queso. They are very fair with their portions.
