I spoke with the manager on duty, she caught an attitude, because I asked why is it not clean and no food preparation at this hour? She spoke with a rude tone and walked off!! Her excuse was they just had a rush. Not Acceptable! It’s not just how you start, it’s how you finish. I would love for this store to start off like when they first opened, when all the big wigs was there. not slack off because nobody’s watching!! we live in this neighborhood and we want a clean Chipotle and professional services.

But this one rocks too! They also know what extra is. The portion of the food were really fair and the chicken very tasty and crunchy! Very recommended!
