- NGNatalie Gillen5 days ago1.0We are visiting from California and this is possible the worst chipotle I've ever been to. The guac was brown. All of the meat was so dry I had to ask for fresh meat because it looked like it had been sitting out aWhile. Got home and realized the chips aren't edible they are so stale. Very disappointing. Wouldn't have ordered the guac if I had seen it prior. People working there were very nice! Quality of food is horrific.

Asked for a half scoop of hot sauce and almost 1 cup was poured into bowl. Took the bowls to go and they leaked all over the bottom of the bag. Both bowls fell out from the bottom of the bag once we made it home. Bowls were really soupy when eating. Not a good experience.

I was willing to wait for fresh until a employee tried to argue with me. This same employee came on the line talking about how they won't fire him. Mush profanity used during his rant. I will never go here again.The other employees were respectful and courteous.

Despite ordering queso on my burrito and being charged for queso on my burrito, there was no queso on my burrito. Kept expecting it to all be stuck on one end like sometimes happens, nope, just none. I didnt want to have to leave a review. Tried calling to let them know they made a mistake so that they could be aware and make sure to read the orders a little better. Dont even expect a refund or easy solution. But the automated phone system wouldnt let me get there, after explaining the problem and holding for 5 minutes, it took me to catering. The person I spoke to redirected me to the very beginning, repeated problem, and the automated system told me id be holding for 7 minutes. Nope. Im not rating for the automated system though. Just for the missing queso. The other ingredients were fine, but without queso I wouldnt have even ordered anything at all. They had to get my order from behind the counter and the restaurant was completely empty so if they were just out of it, maybe they would have told me.
