This location gets extremely busy, but Quay always stays positive, treats customers with respect, and makes sure people waiting on mobile orders are acknowledged and taken care of. I advise you do not order chipotle on Uber Eats because if you aren’t there to supervise what portions you get, they’ll hook you up with a portion that is suitable to feed a baby rabbit. The restaurant was extremely dirty, including the dining area, the food counter, and the serving line where the food is prepared. The overall cleanliness of this location was unacceptable. The quality of the food was very disappointing. The guacamole looked dark/black and old. When I asked the employees about it, they told me that all the guacamole looked the same and that it was the only option they had available. The queso dip also looked old and poor quality. The drink station was not maintained either — the soda machine had no ice available. The biggest issue was the attitude from the employees working on the serving line. They showed very poor customer service, were not helpful, and did not seem concerned about the condition of the food or the restaurant. This Chipotle location needs better management, better food quality control, improved cleanliness standards, and better employee training. This is definitely not the experience customers expect from Chipotle.
