  FIRST OF ALL service , TERRIBLE especially from the young man with blonde highlights and the other man with the unkept look. They seemed very irritated and annoyed at the fact we were there. Food made us shit as-well as a very bad headache. Unprofessional and yuck. do not recommend. WONT COME AGAIN! (asian man+lady at register were kind )

  I’m a huge Chipotle lover, but I’ve ordered from this location three times, and the portions have been ridiculously small every time, even when ordering extra. It’s disappointing to pay for food and receive so little. Unfortunately, it’ll be hard for me to return to this location. The food is actually well prepared,

  Clearly need to work out some kinks. No one came to the window at the chipotlane to check on our order and when the employee did finally come, after we were waving at the window, she was extremely rude. There was also no one in the store ordering, so no excuse to not provide service. Will choose a different chipotle in the future!

  Worst chipolte we’ve been to, as someone who ate it weekly. Placed my order online. Came in a few minutes after it should’ve been ready. NO ONE was in line at all. Had to wait for my order. I get it, see no kids chips or drinks were in the bag. I mention that and the girls are looking at me confused. Then they said they’re out of milk. I ask for juice, they’re out of juice. The girl just stands there looking at me. I say ok so can I have the kids soda cups…? I get to the car, check the food. MY BOWL HAD NO MEAT!!!! Like wtf? Apparently they were out and just didn’t want to ask me for a swap or refund???And both kids quesadillas were not melted. When I went back in to fix these, the guy who seemed like he was in charge said he didn’t know when the barbacoa would be available because they were having it delivered from somewhere else and still had to cook it… (there was a poor guy also waiting on barbacoa for a catering order and he was told only 10-15min wait which was not true at this point 😒)

  By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in Chipotle. Ordered at 7:20 for a pickup in the chipotlane at 7:30. Was the second car in line in the chipotlane. Sat in my car for 15 minutes with no movement. Cars filled in behind me. Got out of line to park and walked inside to ask about my order. The girl at the cashier rolled her eyes and said “well look around”. I understand you’re busy, but I also ordered food. She said “it will be 5 more minutes.” It ended up being another 10. I did not walk out with my food until 8:00pm. I also did not get my chips and I attempted to use the support system and you get hit with AI. It said “unfortunately some customers are unable to get compensation.” I’ll say it again—by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Also tried to follow the link to report from another 1 star post and this chipotle doesn’t even show up as an option when going to search for it.
