    I rarely leave reviews, but today’s experience at Chipotle was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be shared. From the start, the first young woman assisting us was very nonverbal. I greeted her and barely received a response. I asked if her associate, Asia, was working because whenever my son and I visit and Asia is there, she always provides an outstanding experience. She is friendly, welcoming, and consistently goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Today, however, the experience with some of her coworkers was the complete opposite. I explained that my son wanted a kids meal with two tacos containing only cheese, with rice as his side. The employee kindly put the cheese into the tortillas and warmed them up for us, which I appreciated. I also want to mention that the young lady at the register was overall pleasant. She apologized when the issue was brought to her attention. The problem arose when I noticed I was being charged for a single quesadilla and a side of chicken, totaling around $8, for an order that typically costs us around $5. I politely asked for clarification because that isn’t how we’ve ever been charged for this exact meal. The manager stepped in and explained that because the employee had warmed the tacos—even though I never requested that they be heated—I would have to be charged for a quesadilla and a side of chicken. She also stated that adjusting the order differently would result in the same price, which honestly made very little sense. What disappointed me most wasn’t necessarily the additional charge, but the way the situation was handled. The manager was unpleasant, dismissive, and unwilling to reasonably explain the policy. Combined with the rude attitude from the burrito bowl attendant, it left me feeling like my concerns as a paying customer didn’t matter. Customer service can make all the difference in someone’s experience. Unfortunately, aside from the cashier’s apology, I left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope this feedback is used as an opportunity for coaching because employees like Asia are the reason customers return, and today’s experience fell far below the standard she consistently sets.

    I've had it with this place.. i figured since the area was good, that the quality of the staff would be also.. i wish i could post the Pic and video of the order they provided for my elderly mother.. who ever filed the order for Elaine on 6/12/26 should be fired. Clearly you do not respect yourself, others nor the company that entrusted you with their good name. Be ashamed, because your actions are filthy!!!!

    Wife and I made an online order a little early today. Order was set for pick-up 10:50 am (5 mins after they open). Order was ready on time, food was exactly as ordered (looked great!) and tasted as awesome as it looked! Honestly, can’t ask for anything better than that! Food and service get 5 ⭐️’s from us! I can’t make an opinion on the atmosphere but we’ll be back soon enough to have a follow-up review on that so, 4 ⭐️’s for now on that part. Thank you Chipotle team for starting our Memorial Day weekend off RIGHT!!!!! You guys rawk 🤘🔥!
