Workers on the phone and idle as if the store condition wasn't in complete disarray. I dont know how you teach pride but it's apparent that the workers here dont have it.
- CLchicki lavaisMay 19, 20261.0Ive came to this restaurant pretty frequently and I honestly don’t recommend this Chipotle location at all. Every single time I order, they’re out of something. Whether it’s chips, ingredients, or drinks, there’s always an issue. The worst experience was finding a USED GLOVE inside my DoorDash order from this location ( photo provided below). I reported it to both DoorDash and corporate, and corporate basically brushed it off and told me to take it up with DoorDash instead of taking accountability. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary. On top of that, the online order portions are terrible. They give tiny scoops compared to ordering in person. I ordered a regular bag of chips and the bag was barely even filled. Paying full price for half portions is ridiculous. Overall this location is poorly managed, inconsistent, and clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer experience. Save your money and go somewhere else.
