  I come to this location a few times a month, but they treat me like I’m a daily regular! The staff is always so friendly and it’s my favorite location for steak in Charlotte!

  Whoever the team is at 6:15 July 5th, you guys rock. Burrito and bowls were stuffed pretty good and well made. Everything was correct. I drive 2ish more miles past another chipotle because this location is so much better.

  I love Chipotle's food, but the problem with this location is that it’s always dirty—something that seems to be a recurring issue across the chain. It’s a Sunday afternoon, past 6 PM, and there’s hardly anyone around; the cashier is at the register and the kitchen staff are at their stations, but it feels like no one is actually in charge of the dining area and the restrooms.

  I never write reviews. Seriously, if I have a bad experience, I usually just charge it to the game and move on. But I absolutely cannot let this slide. This location has some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are consistently treating people terribly. The staff here, especially the midday and night shifts, always have humongous attitudes. It legitimately feels like they do everything in their power to make sure you are not treated well. I went in and asked for my usual half chicken, half steak. The worker literally picked up a scoop of chicken, scraped half of it back into the well, and poured the crumbs into my bowl. He did the exact same thing with the steak. They do the same half scoop trick with the corn and salsa, too. They are incredibly stingy with every single ingredient. My bowl was so empty I could literally see the bottom of it. To make matters worse, they get visibly angry just because you ask for food you are paying for. I asked for extra rice, and the worker gave me a complete stank face. Then, I asked for two vinaigrettes. The same worker who was mad about the rice literally raced over to the register to yell, "Hey, that’s double! You gotta charge him for a side!" I have never in my life been charged extra for a vinaigrette. When it came time to pay, the cashier thankfully didn't charge me for it. But as I was literally packing up my bag and walking away, I could hear the rude employee berating her coworker right in front of everyone. She was complaining, "Did you charge him extra for the vinaigrette? Why didn't you charge him? Oh my god, stuff like that just pisses me off. Are you going to let them get away with stuff like that?" It was unbelievable. Genuinely, it is terrible how they treat customers. I thought it was just because this place was brand new, but now we know they are just absolutely terrible. I am making it my life mission to never come back to this place ever. Look, did anyone ask you to come work here? If you don't want to work in customer service, do not work there! No one is forcing you. But if you take the job, stop treating everyone like your enemy. Management seriously, desperately needs to review their workers because this behavior is completely unacceptable.

  I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for years and it’s hands down the best location I’ve visited across different states. Keana is the reason I keep coming back. She greets you with a genuine smile every single time and makes you feel like a valued customer, not just another order. The food is always fresh, the staff is always friendly, and Keana is the heart of it all. Thanks for the years of great service!
