You can be a regular customer & your regular order will change simply because the team changed. Servings & portions are guaranteed to vary, my package is so light today that you’ll legit question whether there’s anything even in it. And it’s truly exhausting to even have to mention it because the staff will make you seem like you’re crazy. & it’s unfortunate because they’re one of the few places where you can get a pretty healthy meal on the go, but the inconsistency will make you want to break up with them for good.

OK the restaurant is absolutely filthy all the time and you got seven people working standing around looking at each other deciding who’s going to help the customers it is absolutely sickening. OK you don’t need to do something about it. Get a brand new staff in there because the ones that you have don’t want to work. They have horrible customer service rude before you can even get one thing out of your mouth to ask you just rude.

The remainder of the staff are rude with no personality just attitude. I can say, when I go in the morning around 11am or 12pm it’s much better service and the quality of the food is 10x better. Night shift lacks flavor as if they are not following the correct recipes or just don’t care. Very disappointing experience and I’d rather just take the extra drive to go to providence at this point.
