- ASAriyana Smith4 days ago2.0If vinegrette is as important for your meal as it is for mine do not go here. I will not eat chipotle unless I have a few vinaigrettes. It’s never been an issue at any other location but this one limits you to one. I BEGGED to be charged for additional the manager refused so I also refused to continue my purchase.
- BJBrittany JohnsonOct 8, 20261.0If you like vinaigrette, don’t go to this location. The manager claims it’s one per entrée and you cannot purchase anymore. She will refuse to sell it to you, then lie and say it’s some kind of chipotle rule. I think the most irritating thing is knowing for a fact that I’ve gotten vinaigrettes multiple from this location and then she just randomly makes up a rule and then claims it’s policy. Like lady, if you spent more time helping your food, prepper fill those containers in the middle instead of standing there with that poorly done, lipstick gatekeeping vinaigrette you’d probably have a better rating than a 2
- JKJulie “Juls21” KSep 19, 20261.0Arrived at 7:20 on a Saturday night. Staff was rude and unfriendly. Food prep area was messy. I ordered a steak bowl - girl scraped last of old, dry, overcooked in my bowl. My husband had no other choice than to get chicken since nothing else was avaliable. Steak was so salty and dry it was inedible. I'm done with this place. Train your staff and clean up your act!
- LDLenin DuranSep 17, 20261.0They have somebody at the register with long curly hair that have no customer service skills at all, do not know how they have him working at the register, I hope the supervisor reads this and takes control over
- SRSunny RSep 16, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Chipotle. I arrived around 6:10 PM, but my order was not ready. The staff were rude and unresponsive, and my order was mistakenly given to someone else. I ended up waiting more than 30 minutes for them to remake it. What made the experience worse was that no one apologized for the mistake or the delay. Very poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude from the team.
