Oftentimes, this measure of volume can make for overly stressed employees, however, the staff was still kind and courteous. They displayed urgency and attention. They also smiled and thanked us for our patience. These are normal things one would expect in a customer service setting but i don’t take them for granted especially under these extreme conditions.

What makes no sense is Chipotle's policy of only allowing one vinaigrette per order. If my order contains multiple items, why can't I purchase additional vinaigrettes? I wasn't asking for anything free, I wanted to buy more. Instead of explaining the policy professionally, the staff was dismissive and rude about it. Customer service seems to be a complete afterthought here. Between the poor attitude and the nonsensical restrictions, I won't be spending another dime with Chipotle. There are plenty of other restaurants that appreciate their customers and treat them with respect.
