I showed up to pick up my order 10 minutes after it should have been ready and they had no idea about my order. A gentlemen walked in behind me with another catering order that they also did not know they had. 45 minutes later, they had our orders completely mixed up. This delayed our work meeting and schedule by 2 hours. I was promised I would receive a call from their manager once their rush was over, it’s been a week and I have yet to receive that call. Avoid this location at all costs

- SPSurya PratapAug 22, 20261.0I went for an in-store pickup and, while ordering a bowl, I asked for brown rice followed by red pinto beans. While the staff member was adding the red beans to my bowl, I noticed a piece of steak in the beans. She quickly put it back inside the beans container. I immediately noticed it and asked her not to add those red beans to my bowl because I am allergic to beef and steak. I informed the staff that they should be extremely careful while preparing the beans and make sure that no meat gets mixed into them, especially because beans are something that vegetarian people who do not eat meat may also order. What shocked me was the response I received from the staff: “We only look for the vegan stuff. If any meat gets added to the beans, we do not care about it.” Like seriously? You do not care if meat gets mixed into the beans? I am honestly glad that I noticed the piece of steak before it ended up in my bowl. Otherwise, I could have potentially ended up in the hospital because of my allergy to beef and steak. This was completely shocking and unacceptable. I am sharing this experience so that people, especially those with food allergies or dietary restrictions, are aware that meat can potentially end up in the beans and that the staff may not consider it a concern.
