They only dismissed my issues and kept saying there's nothing they can do. Wish I could give the service a negative star and now I've wasted my lunch break.

The staff couldn't be less engaged — mid-prep, one of them just picked up their phone and walked off, while no one on the floor cracked so much as a smile. The whole vibe feels like you're somehow inconveniencing them just by showing up. On top of the poor service, the portions were the stingiest I've seen across every Chipotle I've ever visited — and the food didn't even make up for it. The carnitas were completely flavorless, an absolute letdown.
