They preferred to refund my food instead of giving me a pinch of damn salt. I’m sure their prices will be increasing as more people go next door to Cava.

They messed up my whole order showed them the order from my phone and told me there was nothing they could do about it. I will never order anything from this place again.

They don’t put the orders on the shelves and keep the bags behind the counter, but also completely ignore you when you show up to pick up. God forbid you ask them to check if the order is ready. The orders are constantly missing ingredients, half portions, or you receive the completely incorrect bag. If you order in store, the food is usually pretty good and the portions are decent. The staff can be rude sometimes but it’s mostly a pleasant experience. The store is pretty messy during rush hours.
