- MPMaSSa PaStASep 17, 20261.0I highly believe the employees make the delivery pick up bowls with their eyes closed I placed an order for 3 bowls total of 35+ dollars and not one not two but all three bowls were extremely incorrect not only were the name tags not on the respective bowls they got all the ingredients wrong in each one of them it was almost comical how badly mixed up they were and when I tried to get a refund I only got close to 20 dollars in a refund from DoorDash which was also laughable, honestly this chipotle during evening hours is terrible I don’t understand how the employees don’t take the time to read out what each specific bowl requires it’s almost like they forget someone is supposed to eat this??? I’m allergic to avocado but you won’t believe what I found in my bowl guac this is dangerous and these employees face little to no consequences it’s insane something has to seriously be done

If I can get a refund and can reorder the meal for delivery, then it's fine. Tonight I tried to do that so everyone in the family has a meal to eat and the app just continued to close on me. Honestly I feel robbed at this point. I'm not just dissatisfied with my order, I was robbed. Charged for food that I didn't get. I've been searching how to report this further and can't figure it out. The store doesn't answer the phone, online doesn't help, I couldn't find a phone number.

I’ve noticed that there is now more Latino staff working in the kitchen, and you can really tell the difference. The rice is no longer undercooked, the meat is cooked properly without being burnt, and overall, everything tastes much better and feels more carefully prepared. The improvement has been incredible, and I truly want to congratulate the entire team for the effort and hard work they’re putting in. Kudos to the entire Chipotle team! 👏🌯🔥
