I couldn't get more than a few bites in before giving up for fear of getting hypertension. The chipotle lime chips weren't any better: way too salty and noticeably stale, like they'd been sitting out for a while. I've had plenty of good meals at other Chipotle locations, and even this one too so this felt like a quality control issue specific to this store and visit. Hoping they tighten things up, but I'll probably head elsewhere next time.

- HHHaleySep 11, 20261.0Anyone who says that the employees here are polite or kind, are lying. The employees literally won’t speak to you. Specially the women working here. They’re so rude and act like you’re inconveniencing them for coming in to order a bowl. When I was checking out, the girl working the cashier repeatedly rolled her eyes at me. Once when I couldn’t hear her because she was mumbling and I asked if she could repeat what she said because I’m a bit hard of hearing, then again when I asked for a bag of chips. I’m sorry? Did I stump you when I ordered chips with my side of queso? Then at the end, I made it a point to say “thank you so much, have a great night!” And this girl just glared at me and didn’t say a word. What kind of attitude is that working in customer service, especially when a customer is going out of their way to be polite. This is the experience I have EVERY time I go here. The food usually tastes good but the employees make this a chipotle a very unpleasant experience. I would rather order online or drive to a further location so I don’t have to interact with them and their nasty attitudes.
