Waited 20 mins for that. Split the order between our group based on the labels only to discover when we all got home that we had the wrong bowls/burritos. 3/4 of the extra tortillas were missing too. Tried to use the AI support tool and it kept closing the ticket without doing anything. Tried calling the restaurant 5 times. No one ever answered. I love chipotle but this location is run terribly. Lady who got her bowl before me had a bug in hers. They remade it but didn't offer any thing for free or a partial refund.

The lady working the mobile order swas clearly over worked and manager should have allocated employees to help her considering there wasn't much of a line any more. 30 minutes wait is ridiculous. People with later pick up times were getting their food before me

They then came and told me that my card only took half the payment, okay no biggie so o paid for the remaining amount. I later realized I needed to get a receipt, pulled up the time I f the transactions and the manager stated that “she couldn’t pull them up”. I stated that I literally paid 30-45 minutes ago, I don’t understand. She stated she still could not see them. I came back the next day to see if we I could retrieve the receipt and the staff told me “sorry she’s unavailable. You’ll have to come back Monday”. Okay well that is not an option. So now I will have to use my own money to pay back my job just because the manager wouldn’t take the time to find my receipt.

Since returning they’ve really turned things around, especially one of the managers who was in the to-go area helping out while I came in to pick up my food. She’s always super friendly, attentive to the customers and I was even waiting a little bit longer since it was busy during lunch and she asked if I wanted a drink or anything. Kindness really goes a long way and I always see how much of a hard worker she is so I wanted to give her a special shout out! It doesn’t go unnoticed.
