  I love Chipotle, but this location is the worst. The workers are rude, they don't wipe down the station as they go, food everywhere (waste), ran out of every meat besides steak and boca ( ?), I started to walk out on my order. Haven't tasted it yet. This was dinner on a Friday night.

  I've been eating at this one for one5 years since it opened. Always good, always clean yesterday. I went to park road. I just flew into the country, walked in at 7 o'clock. The place was filthy. The food looked nasty, I got up and left. I went there again today. It was exactly the same, but worse. I have pictures Sending them to corporate though, so I got my car and drove 5 miles to that.The one I enjoy every time and it was great

  Lady working the front today was so rude. Waited 15 mins after she said it would be a 2 minute wait (totally fine they were cooking chicken) and then she got mad when I asked for vinaigrette. She threw the side of guac in the bag with no lid so it spilled everywhere. I don’t expect great service from chipotle but I don’t know why she was acting like customers forced her to take this job?

  Portion size and food quality was pretty good. Unfortunately the employee “helping” us just stared at us blankly when we asked for a cheese quesadilla, then very confusedly made us a very undercooked quesadilla. When asked to have the quesadilla recooked, she very awkwardly said she would replace it (that was good) and walked away. This store could definitely benefit from some customer service!!

  How can a restaurant be run this poorly under such a great brand? I honestly don’t know how Chipotle allows this location to continue operating under their name. I’m a huge Chipotle fan, and I recently moved to Charlotte, so unfortunately this is the only location I can realistically go to on a regular basis. I’ve ordered three meals here so far—two bowls and one quesadilla. Every single time, they were out of some of the ingredients I selected. That’s frustrating, but I can understand that it happens sometimes. The worst part, however, is that they are serving UNDERCOOKED MEAT. With my first order, I noticed that the chicken was extremely undercooked, although the steak was fine. So I ordered a steak quesadilla next time. It didn’t taste right, and the meat was incredibly tough and almost impossible to chew. I opened the quesadilla and, sure enough, the steak was PINK inside. And this wasn’t just mine—it was my wife’s as well, because I always order for both of us. That’s $25 straight into the trash, not to mention the frustration, the wasted lunch break, and the potential health consequences. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! I ignored the terrible reviews and now I’m paying for it. I guess I just like Chipotle way too much… EDIT As advised below, I e-mail Chipotle to tell them about my experience. They didn’t reply ;)
