  The lady at the front insisted on charging me a side tortilla very rudely, after I simply got a side of cheese. Keep in mind this is my favorite restaurant which I visit 3 times a week and where this has never happened. I’m disgusted by the service I believe it was the manager on duty at this exact date and time. Please save your time and don’t come here.

  If I could leave no stars I would. I recently witnessed a young lady and an older lady treat an employee in the most disgusting manner possible. I later found out they were both managers by the name of Veronica and Lucy. I have never seen discrimination so freely on display in any place of business. Mutiple paying guest witnessed these ladies bullying her along with following her as she tried to get away from the altercation and antagonizing her. To the point where a gentleman told her to not let them get to her and to keep doing a good job as he proceeded to tip her. I have never seen anyone speak in such a condescending manner to another human being. I went home and cried while sharing this with my family. Chipotle this is unacceptable. I will never patronize your business again if these are the type of people you choose to employ. I was able to obtain a video and will be posting it on my large social media following as well as reaching out to corporate. Chipotle, make this right. It is clear that the younger one is skilled in playing victim. I cannot believe what I witnessed.

  When I got in line, there was two sets of couples in front of me. The people behind the counter were serving one person at a time. No one was staying in their section of the assembly line, which caused the line to back up to be pretty long. It was aggravating because I should have been in and out, but two serving people took their sweet time serving one person at a time. If you are in a rush, I highly suggest you do not go to this Chipotle off of Rea Road.

  I placed my order online for a 7:30 pickup. I arrived at 7:30. I expected a short wait (1-3 min). I watched as the line came and went. Counted 25 people come in and pick up or place their orders and leave before I got my food. I asked three times for my order. “We’re working on it.” I saw my burrito bowl get loaded with rice and chicken and sit to the side for 10 min. 8 min later, it got vegetables. 10 min after that because I asked about it, she gave it to me. The worst plate I’ve ever received. There was no point in complaining because the food wasn’t going to be any fresher. Avoid this location. I walked out with my food at 8pm.

  I love Chipotle and all the fresh options they offer, especially the option for tofu as the protein. My only disappointment was that the tables were very dirty and not cleaned. They were busy, but not that busy. I went to eat outside, but the yellow jackets started swarming. I ended up eating in my car because it was not very clean in the dining area.
