- LJLucy Joyce3 days ago1.0I placed my order online for a 7:30 pickup. I arrived at 7:30. I expected a short wait (1-3 min). I watched as the line came and went. Counted 25 people come in and pick up or place their orders and leave before I got my food. I asked three times for my order. “We’re working on it.” I saw my burrito bowl get loaded with rice and chicken and sit to the side for 10 min. 8 min later, it got vegetables. 10 min after that because I asked about it, she gave it to me. The worst plate I’ve ever received. There was no point in complaining because the food wasn’t going to be any fresher. Avoid this location. I walked out with my food at 8pm.

My only disappointment was that the tables were very dirty and not cleaned. They were busy, but not that busy. I went to eat outside, but the yellow jackets started swarming. If you order online and you don’t see one of the women on staff give you the bag, I guarantee you it’s going to suck. If you like to order online go to Waverly on providence location. One bowl was ordered with light rice and guac on the side, but the bowl was mostly rice with very little of the other ingredients. Since we specifically requested light rice, this was especially frustrating. The guac on the side was brown and black and completely inedible. The other bowl also had guac on it, and it was in the same condition—brown, black, and clearly not fresh. I honestly can’t believe it was served that way. I reached out to support through the website last night and never received a response. When I tried again today, the system said our order couldn’t be found. The guac was absolutely disgusting and had to be thrown away. Between the poor quality of the guacamole and the bowls being mostly rice despite our request for light rice, this was a very disappointing experience. We’ve had much better experiences at other locations and expected better from this one.
