  We ordered bowls and burritos from this location last night and were very disappointed with the quality of our food. One bowl was ordered with light rice and guac on the side, but the bowl was mostly rice with very little of the other ingredients. Since we specifically requested light rice, this was especially frustrating. The guac on the side was brown and black and completely inedible. The other bowl also had guac on it, and it was in the same condition—brown, black, and clearly not fresh. I honestly can’t believe it was served that way. I reached out to support through the website last night and never received a response. When I tried again today, the system said our order couldn’t be found. The guac was absolutely disgusting and had to be thrown away. Between the poor quality of the guacamole and the bowls being mostly rice despite our request for light rice, this was a very disappointing experience. We’ve had much better experiences at other locations and expected better from this one.

  Consistently out of items on the main line. Will have it in stock for “to-go” orders, but will not use it to serve the customers in their establishment. Do not go to order in person, best bet is to order online.

  I found a hair in my bowl after taking a few bites. When I went up to show the employee, the manager immediately interrupted me and said I couldn’t return the bowl because of “store policy.” The thing is, I wasn’t even trying to return it I was simply showing them the hair as proof and hoping to get a fresh bowl, which they eventually gave me anyway. Mistakes happen, and honestly the hair itself wasn’t what ruined my appetite it was the manager’s attitude. Additionally, my family and I noticed the tension she causes to the employees. The way she spoke to me and cut me off was completely unnecessary. This happened on Sunday May 14th around 12pm in Charlotte on Rea Rd. You know who you are

  This place was a really disappointing experience. The trash was overflowing, there were no drinks available, and the overall environment felt unclean. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude. One staff member came to our table, took our bowl without asking, and accused us of not paying even though we had already paid for about $35 worth of food. There was no attempt to ask or clarify first, just an immediate accusation. The lack of basic courtesy and respect made the situation even worse. I wouldn’t recommend this place based on our experience.
