- CCCarlos Coello3 days ago1.0The young lady who rang me up didn’t say a SINGLE word in our entire interaction… She didn’t ask me if I wanted chips or drinks which has never happened to me at a chipotle. As soon as she got the payment on the little screen she WALKED AWAY and started SCROLLING on her phone. I tapped my card and just had to assume my payment went through before reaching over the counter to get my bag. Genuinely the worst/unfriendliest service worker I have ever encountered in my life time.

The cook was talking very loudly and cursing, and for several minutes, someone turned on a speaker in the kitchen and started blasting music. I won’t be coming back. The lady at the register was nice, though.

If only more people applied to work here or more people got accepted :/ quite unfortunate chipotle ! See if another location has too many workers and see if you can transfer them to this location. It’s crazy how 5 days ago they were taking orders in person and now they aren’t :/ you think being a smaller team they would work more efficiently and faster, but I get you might be doing your best. Also 2 of the doors were locked, no sign. Please at least put a sign if you are going to lock the most front doors. Thank you ! I used DoorDash to order and they clicked it was ready when it wasn’t :/ Good luck !

The music was so loud you could barely hear yourself talk, and several of the workers had bad attitudes\. They were out of so many things—no napkins, no utensils, no chips, and no lime chicken\. The lettuce we received was also old and definitely not fresh\. I hadn’t been to this location in over a year because of these same issues, and unfortunately, nothing has changed except the workers\. You would think after a year there would be some improvement, but it was the exact same experience\. Smh\.
