- THTia Hicks2 days ago1.0The chick making our food didn’t greet us, didn’t even ask us what we wanted. We asked for fountain drinks only to find out that the ice machine was broken. When I asked chick about it she looked at me like a deer in headlights. Some other lady mumbled something went to the back and came out with a cup of ice and said nothing else. When I went to get some Coke Zero all that came out was soda water and a lil brown. I would have asked for help but these people were so lack lusher previously I didn’t bother. Not to mention the restaurant itself was a total mess. Stuff all over the floor, one guy in the back was too focused on playing music on his phone to do anything else. This place needs a staff overhaul.

Like I understand obviously you don’t want to make more because I wouldn’t either but like omg I could count how many there was. I’m just more so irritated at the fact I can’t be fat and enjoy chipotle but now I have to pick my lard ass up to get more chicken so it actually tastes right. Chipotle as a whole giving out small meat portions could only be the work of Benjamin Netanyahu.

Despite it being shown to the staff the register worker DeAndre was very rude and refused to honor the promo and kept talking over me while I was trying to show him that the code was valid. I submitted a report to Chipotle about my experience and they thought the appropriate response was to give me a free drink reward after I paid $28 and had awful customer service. This was not even the first time this has happened at this location either
