I regularly go to chipotle about once a week, I showed up at 8:00pm and staff was already cleaning up and had chairs stacked on the tables. The chicken was cold, I was denied extra rice and told that I couldn’t sit anywhere because they had already cleaned up. Won’t come back here.

I NEVER buy a fountain drink because I do not just that area. I get me a glass bottle from behind the counter and let her pop the top. The tables could be cleaned more often considering there was no one in there.

We are greeted with "We have no protein other than Carnitas (pork) and the ch8cken will take 10 minutes on the grill." Someone says the grill is down and are uncertain if it will cook the chicken to health inspection standards in their own words. Where are the well trained managers at, that should keep up with the food inventory? I see a group of teenagers and early 20s working the kitchen and serving with full beards and no hair nets being worn. They may hust stop doing the work they are paid to do so they don't have to cook and serve the food the freezer should be well stocked with unless they have a delivery daily! Food everywhere on counter tops, dining area not maintained at a time over 20 people have entered to leave without placing an order while I waited and observed. It's just a matter of time this location will be shutdown for several violations and being inadequate.
