This is terrible customer service and this chipotle needs a change of staff and management ASAP. DO NOT waste your time and money at this location!

The attitude of the staff is insane and unnecessary, as if you are somehow inconveniencing them. They barely give you any toppings and want to charge extra for everything. I didn’t end up ordering any food here and went somewhere else, but my fiance got a bowl. The food was fine and what you would expect out of a chipotle. The atmosphere was awful. Dirty floors and more surprisingly the glass viewing panels over the food counters were FILTHY. I’m talking a mm or two of dust and grease splatter. The counters, floors, and seating area all have crumbs, dust, trash littered throughout. I understand getting dirty though out the day but this looked like days or weeks of neglect and lack of cleaning. I would not come back.
