I come here often enough to say I rarely have issues but today in particular, the behavior from the employees were very dismissive. Other customers and I were being very polite simply ordering our food while one employee specifically a black woman with blonde braids around 4:45-ish PM, was being passive aggressive and rushing everything. She was throwing bowls down, slapping stuff into the containers, and talking to someone through an earbud whilst working. This is extremely disheartening as a fellow black woman myself as there are already stereotypes against us in society.

On top of that, the AC was not working and the drink machine was also out of order, which made the restaurant uncomfortable. For the price, the quality of food and service was unacceptable.
- MPMarcelo PerezMay 17, 20261.0Is good food, but the service is bad, a black girl dont know how give good service at the customers, when them make wrong or mystakes with the orders and just i was try be sure and check everything, she start talk crab to me, still when i explain why the razons still i was asking for, she still continuos disrespect me, and another empoyes see that nd them saw yes you right and you just try be sure with your food, not make sense she start be rude and disrespect, she cant do that with any customer, on my opinion she need be training or retraining or chipotle can make sure to give good service at customers because i never disrespect her so im disappoinment how possible have any employes like that on this place, food is good but service is bad
