  Absolutely the worst location! The staff id highly unprofessional they stole my money off of my gift. The employees fought right in front of my face. The portion size was of a child. I will never! Go there again!! Do not use gift cards if you have to buy from this location your while balance will disappear even if you don't use it all

  my friend & i decided to come to this chipotle thinking we were going to have a great experience, we go in , & i’m greeted before i order. during the ordering process i decided to get the white rice & i asked for a small amount more & they proceeded to tell me “either you keep the same amount or i have to charge for extra.” , i decided to keep the amount i was given. afterwards, during the checkout process, i was told that they no longer do combos & i had to pay for every extra thing separately. i paid for a drink , a side of queso, which they barely put anything in the container, & a bag of chips. after my friend & i were trying to find a clean table to eat on, we sat down and started enjoying our food. shortly after, a team member walks up behind us without any warning & says “we are closing the lobby in a few minutes so yall are gonna have to wrap it up”. i found this completely disrespectful since there was a full lobby of customers waiting to be served . this was my first time at a chipotle and i am extremely dissatisfied with not only the service, but also the cleanliness of this store. every single table was filthy & there were food scraps & trash on every single surface. truly an absolute joke to be served at this location. on top of everything stated , i did not receive a receipt .

  I got a bowl and my friend got a burrito. The rice was extremely greasy and overpowered by lime, the worker was stingy with the rice as my friend asked for rice and she said it would be extra. I have never heard of chipotle charging extra for RICE. Then of course typical chipotle employee acts like the chicken comes out of her paycheck, not even a full scoop 😆 I asked for a water cup I was told no. My friend and i started eating in the lobby around 8:40 pm and the time is now around 9:02. We are startled by an employee behind us and she basically kicks us out. She said she needs us to wrap it up in five minutes, used no manners. Worst chipotle ever!

  i went and bought a bowl yesterday and the food looked good! but the food was old i got so sick after the first two bites i had too throw the whole bowl away, and same thing happened with my sister yesterday too and her food had a hair in it!, never going back here EVER again, not too mention the staff have real bad attitudes and can’t even say “hello” or “how are you”, completely rude and disrespectful.

  If you could, go to any other chipotle other then this one, me and my man went here and ordered two bowls as we were ordering this worker was being very rude, we had asked for more pico de gallo, sour cream etc basically every topping we got had not spoon full as we seen the pico de gallo having nothing but THE JUICE we had asked for more and she just ignored us we said we were willing to pay still ignored as we tried to just tell her what we wanted she rolled her eyes as if her job was a inconvenience then we proceeded with checkout and she threw my mans bowl on the counter and even the girl checking us out gave us a look of shock overall very trashy experience for the food.
