  To the Chipotle Owner, I work as a DoorDash delivery driver. Today at around 3:00 PM, I arrived at your store to pick up a customer order. The staff were not busy and appeared to be chatting among themselves. I politely requested an update on my order, but I was simply told to wait. Even after waiting, no one made any effort to prepare the order or provide a proper status update. When I asked again, the response was again that I had to keep waiting. After wasting a significant amount of time, I had no choice but to unassign the order and leave the store. As a result, I lost the delivery payment. This kind of service affects not only customers but also delivery drivers, whose earnings depend on timely order pickups. I hope management addresses these issues and improves staff accountability and respect for delivery partners. Until service improves, I would advise fellow delivery drivers to think twice before accepting orders from this Chipotle location, as it may result in unnecessary delays and lost income.

  I was excited when this Chipotle location opened on Park Road because I expected it to be more convenient and provide the great experience the brand is known for. Unfortunately, after several months, my experience has been consistently disappointing. I recently placed a pickup order, and the staff didn't seem to care about handing over my food in a timely manner. The customer service was poor, and there was very little communication. I also noticed that DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers were waiting 20–30 minutes just to collect their orders. Many of them appeared frustrated, and the staff did not treat them with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from this Chipotle location. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, improves staff training, and focuses on providing better service to both customers and delivery drivers.

  This place is not run well. It’s extremely slow. Very low customer engagement. And the food is not handled with care. I just received burnt chicken and old guacamole with chunks of avocado skin. What happened to Chipotle?

  This chipotle is terrible. The rice is 50% of the time hard as a rock and now they will only fill a kids meal less than 1/2 the container for rice. It’s barely enough for a 4 year old. The chips are 50% of the time stale also. It’s a craps shoot on what you will get any day of the week.

  Ordered at 724pm on door dash. At 8pm , first door dash driver arrives a d order is not ready, but cannot wait more than 10 minutes. One hour later, at 830pm, order still not ready. Second driver having to still wait . I called the store 5 times. No one ever answered. They simply don't care . Where is management ??? Who is going to correct this ???
