The staff was incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about the guests’ needs. I especially appreciated that they offered fresh cracked pepper for the salads — it’s a small detail, but it really shows their attention to quality and customer experience. Everyone was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the service was quick. Definitely one of the better experiences I’ve had at a Chick-fil-A!

Either way, it's a long drive for a fast food meal. And it is sucky when you get there and the food is not as good as it used to be. I realize that this is not the fault of anyone who works there, the fault lies high above their heads.
- ESErin SmithApr 11, 20265.0I ordered at the drive thru and the order on the receipt was accurate, but when we got home it was missing the fruit yogurt parfait that my 5 yr old grandson ordered. We were about 12 min away and had no intention of going back. I called to explain the error, expecting an offer for me to come back or maybe to get it next time I came, instead the manager asked where we were and offered to bring us the parfait. We were pleasantly surprised at that offer and the food arrived within less than 15 min. It was customer service at its best. This is the reason chick fila is known for putting the customer first. Zero hesitation, just a desire to make it right. Thank you very much.
