The driver did not answer his phone nor his texts. The store did not answer their phone either. I left a voicemail and waited for a call back. I never received a call back. The staff here needs to be re-trained and needs to learn the Chick Fil A standards for customer service. I would NEVER have left a tip, or paid for the delivery fee if I knew that this was such an unorganized and unprofessional location. Word to the wise: do not order from this location. I would like to hear back from someone about resolving this absolutely horrible experience.

I stop at this Chick-fil-A early in the morning on my way to work, usually shortly after they open at 6:00 a.m., and Xavier is always there welcoming me with the most beautiful smile. No matter how early it is, he is consistently kind, cheerful, and genuinely happy to see you. There is something special about being greeted with that kind of positive energy first thing in the morning. His smile and personality honestly brighten my morning and help me start my workday on a happier note. Chick-fil-A employees are known for amazing customer service, but Xavier truly goes above and beyond. He is extraordinary, and I hope management knows what a wonderful person they have representing their restaurant. We need more people like Xavier in this world! Bought the salads this past Saturday, had been sick with diarrhea since Sunday and today is Tuesday, they're still sick. Called customer service to report it, she told me they would have to call themselves and then ask if there's anything else she can help me with. You know when they say that, they about to hang up. I said so in the meantime while they're sick and you waiting for them to call you, you're not going to ask which location so you can make them aware to throw away the lettuce and nobody else has to get sick. Let me tell y'all something, these people do not care about us, they just want to make money. You all better start fixing your own food.
