  This is the closest Chick-fil-A to me but I've never eaten here before. I cannot believe that I had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A. It's the one thing I know I can count on in fast food... that I will always get good service at Chick-fil-A. Not today. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A. Actually, it's the only bad experience I've ever had at Chick-fil-A. And it wasn't just one person having a bad day. It seemed the entire staff was having a bad day. Outside of their obligatory. "Welcome to Chick-fil-A" salute... when you walk in the door there was not one kind word said to me. They looked at like I had five eyes when I had the audacity to ask for some mayonnaise and ketchup after being ingnored by staff that looked me in the eye. Literally I'm dumbfounded. I don't think I need to say anything else but I will...please put a napkin in the bag of the order if you don't have napkins sitting out, It's just normal and proper. I shouldn't have to ask for it and I certainly wasn't going to ask for it after I was so rudely treated when I asked for mayonnaise. This was definitely a one and done for me. I would stay clear of this Chick-fil-A.

  Long 30-minute wait through the drive thru uncharacteristic of most Chick-fil-A locations I’m used to visiting. Workers leaning against wall on phone instead of speaking to customers. No positive or kind greeting. Chicken tastes differently. This may as well have been a visit to Bojangles…

  if i could give zero stars i would. they gave my order to the wrong doordash driver then when i attempted to get a refund, they do not answer the phone until the 4th time, and stated that i will bae to re order through door dash, which when i tried to do the restaurant was closed early. this is completely unprofessional and i expect WAY better from a chic fil a.

  I am a server and it is just horrible the way the employees are. They seem to have an attitude all the time. Every time we order our food something goes wrong they always forget to add the items we need and even something simple as taking the order just comes out wrong.

  This is the slowest, disorganized chick-fil-a I’ve ever been too and my chicken tastes weird so I ended up throwing it away…. I’ll never come to this location again!!! They clearly need training, no one takes your order in line, still using the drive through machine and only one person working the entire drive through at the window….. avoid this location!!
