What we got was a horrible tasting mixture that I don't think someone who likes sweet tea would drink either. When we tried to get it fixed, we got a ton of attitude from the staff and no resolution. We eat Chick-fil-A weekly at home and this was easily the worst experience I've ever had. A disgrace to the Chick-fil-A brand. If you're expecting the quality of food and service you get at other franchises, avoid this one. Chick-fil-A should really investigate and shut this one down, it damaging to their brand reputation.

The employee, whose name I believe was Iszu, displayed one of the rudest attitudes I have ever encountered at a Chick-fil-A. Her tone and demeanor were unprofessional and unwelcoming. When I brought the issue forward, Jason, the manager on duty, offered little resolution. His only response was that she had just gotten out of school, which did not address the situation or excuse the poor customer service. I expected accountability, professionalism, and a willingness to correct the experience, but none of that was demonstrated. This was particularly disappointing because my family and I had just finished shopping and chose to stop here expecting the high level of service Chick-fil-A is known for. Our initial interaction with another employee was pleasant, as he kindly provided a complimentary cup of water. However, the overall experience quickly declined from there. I am very dissatisfied with how the situation was handled and the lack of meaningful action taken by the manager on duty. This experience did not reflect the standards of customer service that Chick-fil-A typically represents
