    I went through the convenient mobile app drive thru and waited longer than the other line, then they forgot my float and I drove off in a haste. Went back into the store, inconvenient as all heck, to get the float. And now my wife’s sandwich taste like pickles which leans into someone just took them some off another sandwich because they lost my order, we’re in the weeds, or lazy. Oh well they won’t miss us and could care less. John 5:12

    We went through the drive-thru and ordered a milkshake, apple juice, and a medium mac and cheese. We waited over 35 minutes, only to receive the wrong size mac and cheese, and my milkshake was missing the whipped cream and cherry. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

    Extremely disappointing experience. I placed a mobile order well before the 10:30 breakfast cutoff and was physically in the mobile drive-thru lane before 10:30 as well. There was no mobile lane attendant working, so the line didn’t move. When I finally got to the window, I was told my order was invalid because I hadn’t scanned a QR code upon entering the lane — a step that is not standard at any other Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to, and one that was never communicated. Everyone behind me in the mobile lane was forced to just keep driving through with no resolution. The order was placed on time, I was on the property on time, and the only reason it wasn’t fulfilled is because this location wasn’t staffing the lane they told customers to use. I better get my Money!!!

    I thought the benefit of the mobile line was to get your food quickly but I end up waiting longer than the other lines and instead of moving ppl who go into the line incorrectly so mobile line can move we just sit. This was a waste.

    I am sitting in the parking lot as I type this that should speak volumes on the experience I just had. The GM Mike is THE ABSOLUTE RUDEST DISGUSTING ARGUMENTATIVE HUMAN BEING I EVER ENCOUNTERED. I can go the remainder of a lifetime w/o encountering someone like him and I pray I don't because his energy is/was ABSOLUTELY HORRID. The fact that he wanted to argue about the fries I received is insane he tried to accuse me of eating the container half empty when that's the way I received it. The fact that I had to tell him to check his camera is absurd and insane because IT'S NEVER THAT SERIOUS. I even tried to give the fries back bc I didn't want him to assume I was trying to get over. His tone of voice, the things he said, and the way he handled me was totally out of line. If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want a world class Chic fil A customer service experience this is not the location to receive that if Mike is present and just because your the brother of the owner doesn't give you the right to treat people any kind of way. I most definitely won't visit this location EVER AGAIN. It cost $0.00 TO BE A DECENT HUMAN BEING
