    This is def a chic fila that does not live up to the typical level of service. I went to the restroom and apparently the window sill in the bathroom is a good spot for them to take breaks. So I had to use the bathroom with an employee sitting on the window sill 4 feet behind me playing on his phone. Talk about goofy. Awkward doesn’t begin to describe it. Just a weird experience. The gentleman that gave me my order was very polite and accommodating. It wasn’t until I used the restroom that things got weird. I’d suggest having them take breaks somewhere other than sitting in front of the urinals in the bathroom.

    This will probably be the worse review I have even written for a CFA restaurant. And by the look of other reviews, there are no comments from the GM - so I might need to take this to the next level. On 7/4 - my mom and I (mom is 92 and has trouble walking) went to CFA for a late lunch. I saw the sign on the door that this location was closing at 4pm for the July 4th holiday. We got a booth and I ordered from the table. Food came out quickly and the employee asked if we would like the ice cream now or later (mom gets the kid's meal -- plenty of food for her). We had a nice lunch and then I went to the counter to get her ice cream. Mom wanted gift cards, so I went back to the counter and stood there for was seemed like forever. The employees were busy cleaning up in preparation for the 4pm closure. The registers and CC machine are so high - I don't know they see the customer at the counter. Eventually, someone asked me if I needed help, I told her I needed to purchase gift cards and to make things easier, handed her the piece of paper that I wrote the quantities / dollar amounts on. She took the paper and the credit card to the back machine (drive thru, the counter registers had already been closed out). A few minutes went by and she returned with the 6 cards, told me what the $ amounts were in each stack, handed me the receipts and walked away. I managed to mix up the cards and I asked if there was a way to know what was what. She took 2 of the cards to the drive thru register, eventually had to ask someone to help. While I waited, I looked at the receipt and one of the GCs and noticed I could figure it out that way. I 'yelled' someone over to them, and was ignored. I walked to the end of the counter and said that I could figure it out and was ignored. They eventually got it worked out but had to 'make a purchase' on one of the cards to know the $ amount. Meanwhile, my mom had finished her ice cream and we were leaving. We went to the side door which was CHAINED (really) and then out to the patio but the only open gate was too far for her to walk in 100+ temps to the car. I said something to the employees and 2 of them told me to go out the patio entrance. I replied back that my mom can't walk that far. The door was opened (chain removed) and we left. I cannot BELIEVE the door was chained. I understand that they were closing at 4pm, apparently the dining room was closed and it was just drive thru only. It would have been helpful if someone came by our table or told me when I was at the counter that we had to leave out a different door. But I still don't understand why the door was chained when there were still customers in the dining room. Good thing there were not more people and a fire didn't break out. The only reason why we came to this location is this one is the closest to mom's house that has dine in - all the others are drive thru only. We'll just go back to one of them the next time.

    Says on the door they close at 10 but walking up to the door at 8:58PM they’re locking the door. You should see all the people trying to come inside to eat but can’t. Whoever is running this place should be fired, no one wants to eat and drive down the road with 3 kids. Definitely won’t come back to this location and will be contacting corporate. Attached is the paramedics that came to eat and couldn’t because they closed the dining room. It’s not like they can drive the ambulance through the drive thru. After sitting at curbside for more than 20 minutes to order food because the drive thru line is to the street they didn’t give us sauce and also messed our order up. This Chic Flia is a joke and hands down the worst one I’ve ever been in. Another lady and a couple guys turned away at the door now leaving to go somewhere else.

    Nina is the reason this Chick-fil-A is as amazing as it is. Nina your a rock star. Me and my daughter kamryn had a perfect experience from start to finish and it was because of you and your staff. Y'all are all so amazing but Nina went above and beyond with her customer service. I have not felt this much love from a business like I had today. Thanks so much to all of Chick-fil-A people and the most special thanks to Mrs Nina for making me and my daughter smile and feel so welcomed. We will see you again.

    I love this place—I’ve always liked it and have eaten there often with my son—but I felt very uncomfortable during my last visit. The cleaning lady kept watching us and pacing back and forth while we were eating; she wanted us to hurry up and leave the table. I understand it’s her job, but I felt harassed—we just wanted to enjoy our chicken. My baby dropped a few pieces on the floor, and the look of absolute contempt she gave him made me think she isn't cut out for this kind of work.
