- DTD T5 days ago1.0The girl who took my drive-thru order was kind and delightful. ❤️ ***At the window to pick up my food, the manager, Briana, was extremely aggressive. She told me I had to pay again because the girl who took my order didn't charge me $0.40 for the request of extra cookies in milkshake. I told Briana I didn't know that it was an extra charge and asked her to nevermind and the regular amount of cookies is fine. She aggressively told me the order had already been changed and the payment was reversed and I had to pay again and with the added $0.40. She is liable to frighten someone. She's that bad. She was intimidating, aggressive, and coercive. And to top it off, she blamed the sweet girl in the drive-thru for "not doing it right and it's all her fault". Briana is not a leader nor is she kind. That girl in the drive-thru deserves better treatment. And customers shouldn't be berated. Especially when the customer states they were not aware of the upcharge, its no problem at all, and the regular version is fine.

The nuggets were quite the opposite, dry, stale and very overcooked. The iced tea is always perfect and the cookie was just right which is good because it was my dinner since the fries and chicken were inedible :( The Cotswold location is very convenient but I may have to drive a little further to try the other location nearby.

- DDDrew DhandeAug 20, 20264.0Im giving 4 stars for years of really good and consistent service. Unfortunately this location seems to have gone downhill ever since it converted to all drive through. I used to never have to check my order before pulling off. It was on the money every time. Now its barely correct, ever. They’re so busy that the staff doesnt have time to tell them that something is wrong with the order. Its also passed time to take responsibility for your drive through lines pouring out into the streets on Randolph and obstructing traffic. That shouldn’t be everyone else’s problem. We accepted it until your quality and standards declined. Please take responsibility and fix this issue or we will have to get the city involved.
