We were at the outlet getting a few things and decided to grab something to go. We went to the food court and my eyes lit up when I saw Charley’s. There wasn’t a line so we went straight to the counter. The young lady didn’t greet us.. No biggie! We ordered our food .. Philly steak combo. We ordered strawberry lemonade… I wouldn’t call it that. She acted like they had a shortage in strawberry syrup. I excused that!! The cook seemed like she was mad about something. She had a mean mug!! There was a guy helping but this whole crew seem to have problems. No customer service at all. I should have checked my food before I left. I would have requested the cook to redo our Philly’s. The Philly wasn’t chopped up at all. What the heck people!! I love Charley's but this one. I know there’s a shortage in help but bad help will ruin your brand.

As for outdoor shopping mall dining facility. The place was clean and the staff was working in a fast pace. The didn't have utensils so they lost a star.

I had breakfast there before me flight today 12/17 and the food good. The service was even better, and I truly wish I had gotten the server's name. He was kind and friendly. I thank him so much for being that way in that busy Newark airport.
