I usually always come to this Cava but today I didn’t have a good experience. I have injured myself and had not been able to go get me food so today I decided to go and just get me food and come back home. The atmosphere was great. The people also was nice but I want extra sauce and I understand that I have to pay extra that was not the deal but I want two different sauces and one of them. I was aware that I have to pay because I got the big one but the other one I never mentioned that I wanted that as a big one and I had to pay for two big ones so basically today I paid for sauces of $10. So I am a vegetarian, and when I started eating my food, I noticed that I tasted some lame(I used to eat meat over 20 years ago so I know what lamb taste like) And I found pieces of meat and I know it could’ve been accidental, so I couldn’t finish the food and I had to throw it out. I called the store. I understand I cannot bring it back, but I asked for a refund and I was told they can have refunded without me bringing it back unfortunately I cannot leave my house because I have injury and I’m hurting and I tried to explain that to them so this makes me sad today because I usually love Cava.

I had an amazing experience at CAVA, and a huge part of that was thanks to Aiyanna Brown. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and took the time to answer my questions with patience and a great attitude. It’s rare to come across customer service this outstanding, and Aiyanna truly made my visit memorable. CAVA is lucky to have someone like her on the team. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Angie was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. She had great recommendations, kept everything moving without feeling rushed, and checked in at the perfect times. You can tell she really cares about customer service. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at CAVA—give her a raise!

I ordered online and was unable to cancel once I figured out the estimated wait time was 40 minutes. When I asked the person preparing takeout they said they couldn’t make any promises and that they’d try to accommodate me due to it being busy. I waited for approximately 25 minutes while their customers inside were dwindling. I could’ve gotten my food faster had I ignored the app and ordered in line. When I did get my food the person said that they were able to accommodate me this time but that they’d try had to push my order in front of others. Honestly their words made me very uncomfortable and upset. I’m unsure if I should’ve asked to just have the order made in the line instead of being made to wait in their online order area. I think the flaw is mostly in the application but the customer service was poorly executed.

I never leave reviews but I really hope management addresses customer service with their staff I worked customer service for years. The staff here was Extremely rude. There were 3 there serving and all 3 looked like they hated their life, none were friendly or smiled and mostly grunts as recognition. We are a family of 5 trying to order and the first 2 employees serving kept skipping over our family and moving on to the next customer to get done as quickly as possible and after we had only gotten 3/5 meals completed the guy at the register tried to ring us up and was pushy. I told him we only had 3/5 meals we needed 2 more and explained how it was difficult to order while being ran over. He didn’t like that, was not allowing us to make the last 2 meals and instead His response was we should order online. I asked him excuse me? And he doubled down that we need to order online as a refusal to complete the order. Our kids cant pick and see what they wanted online and I wouldn’t do that in the future either. Since we weren’t able to get all of our food for our family we left and went to Mezeh up the road and had a very pleasant experience. I’m sure they were rewarded and kept the meals we had completed. I get the Gen Z or millineal entitled attitude and maybe staffing is difficult but other places have figured out how to find good employees, these guys weren’t it, the guy at the register should be fired it’s very clear he doesn’t understand the service industry. 0/5
