  I visit this location at least 3-4 times a month. Service is always great. I was pushed for time for lunch on today and Rashel was very helpful and accommodating. She got my order correct and I was in and out fairly quickly! Highly recommend this location. Thank you so much ❤️

  If you want a healthy meal with a quick turnaround, whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout, CAVA is one of the best options in South Charlotte. The Mediterranean-style food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and filling without feeling heavy. I usually build my own Grains Bowl, and the customization options are outstanding — plenty of fresh greens, grains, proteins, toppings, and sauces to create exactly what you want. The portion sizes are generous, the ingredients taste high quality, and everything always feels fresh. The spicy harissa, hummus, pickled onions, and grilled chicken are some of my favorites. It’s one of the few fast-casual spots where you can get something that is both genuinely healthy and actually satisfying. The customer service at the Waverly location has also been excellent every time I’ve visited. The staff is friendly, patient, and always willing to answer questions about ingredients or dietary restrictions. Even during busy lunch hours, the line moves efficiently and the restaurant stays clean and organized. Overall, this is easily one of my go-to lunch and dinner spots in the South Charlotte area. Highly recommended if you want fresh Mediterranean food with fast service and consistently great quality. 5/5.

  Visited tonight on a road trip and was a little intimidated by making my whole family’s plates myself being unfamiliar with the menu but Tammy was an amazing help in guiding me and answering lots of questions with patience and her CAVA knowledge! Great food and awesome service!

  I had a really great experience at CAVA today. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service stood out the most. Alyssa was especially helpful and friendly throughout the whole visit. She was patient, answered questions, and made sure everything was right with my order. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Employees like Alyssa are a big reason I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I had a very disappointing experience at CAVA today. From the moment I walked in, the customer service felt dismissive and unprofessional. I was not greeted upon entering, so I initiated the interaction myself by saying, “Hi, how are you?” and was met with a casual “wassup” in response. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t familiar with how the ordering process worked, yet no one offered guidance, explained the menu, or even asked something as simple as, “What can I get started for you?” The overall atmosphere made me feel more like an inconvenience than a customer. To make matters worse, while I was actively ordering my food, one of the employees was FaceTiming someone and showing them the food options instead of focusing on customers in the restaurant. It came across as extremely unprofessional and inattentive. I had heard great things about CAVA, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. The food may be good, but customer service and professionalism matter just as much. I hope management addresses the staff behavior and customer experience moving forward. Not to mention it was $50 for my family of 4 to eat.
