  I’ve been a CAVA customer for years, and unfortunately inconsistent portion sizes have been an issue for me two or three times at different locations. It honestly feels like the amount of food you receive depends entirely on who is making your bowl, but this time takes the cake. I paid $20 for a meal that could literally fit in the palm of my hand. I’m a 5’2”, 125 pound woman, and this wasn’t even enough food for me. For $20, this portion was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve continued coming back because I genuinely like CAVA, but I’m beyond pissed and disappointed with what I received this time.

  Being my first time there, Janine made me feel welcome and answered all of the questions that I had. Janine was awesome and helped make my first time in Cava a delightful experience.

  I was having a bad day when my girlfriend and I stopped to grab a bite to eat. Janine turned our experience into so much more. We haven't gone to cava in a few years. She was very friendly and patient with the best customer service I can say I've received in a long time. She made sure we left smiling and our stomachs were full. Friendly atmosphere clean restaurant and Janine made my day. I'll definitely be back soon!

  I had a horrible experience with my recent order from the CAVA Midtown Metropolitan location. I have visited multiple CAVA locations, and this was by far my worst experience. It was so disappointing that I will not be returning to this location. I spent nearly $45 but received portions and quality that were nowhere near what I have consistently experienced at other CAVA locations. My salad bowl was barely filled and was prepared incorrectly. I requested power greens but received only spring mix, and the bowl contained very little salad and toppings. Both kids’ meals also had very small protein portions. The Cucumber Mint Lime and Blueberry Lavender beverages were heavily watered down. In addition, the Classic Pita Chips that I paid extra for were completely missing from my order. I tried calling the location to speak with a manager, but the wait was excessive and no one answered. I am extremely disappointed and upset that I spent so much money only to receive so little, especially as a regular CAVA customer who knows this is not the quality or value other locations provide. I would not recommend this location, and I am requesting a refund for this unacceptable order.
