    Nice employees but they need to be retrained on the cash register. Points missing, receipts not given nor being reprint when you ask. This is simple stuff. & my bowl was made so sloppy. The lady put my pita on top of the garlic sauce. I’ve never seen a Cava employee do that, it made the bread soggy and annoyed me.

    It was a little hurried and hard to to make up my mind as it was my first visit there. But the atmosphere, food and service overall were good. I was so glad I could get a smaller portion as I am older and cannot eat as much.

    I love cava but i’m not a fan of this location. The workers seem like they’re not paying attention and gave me & my bf wrong toppings and sides at first even though they did correct them at least. It was not even busy at the time and they seemed like they were in a rush for some reason. They also forgot both our side pitas. I’ll continue going to cava but do not recommend this location.

    I stopped into CAVA for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The restaurant was moderately busy, but the customer service was underwhelming, particularly from Ms. Sady. Even after I greeted her cordially, she seemed annoyed while taking my order. The grilled chicken was running low, and I noticed the staff in the back had just brought out a fresh batch. Instead of serving from the new batch, she scraped the bottom of the old pan and put that chicken in my bowl. I asked for additional chicken, but she ignored me and moved on to the next order. The cashier eventually accommodated my request and let me know that extra chicken costs more, which felt awkward since that is already clearly stated on the menu. To make matters worse, the chicken I received seemed like it should have been discarded. After eating it, I became sick and spent my last day at my hotel with an upset stomach, regretting both the meal and the money I spent. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience, good customer service, or food that feels fresh and safe to eat.
