  I had an outstanding experience at CAVA! From the moment I walked in, Susie provided exceptional customer service. She was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly, making me feel valued as a customer. My order was prepared quickly, and my food was fresh, hot, and exactly as requested. Susie made sure I received everything I needed, including all the items and extras I asked for, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. It's always refreshing to encounter an employee who goes above and beyond to create a positive dining experience. Susie professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly made my visit memorable. Thank you, Sue for the outstanding service! Experiences like this are why I will continue to visit CAVA and recommend this location to family and friends.

  SO GOOD!! Jaliyah, Marvin, and Nataly gave me such great service. This is the best Cava ive ever been to. Jaliyah is so nice and is a great cashier.

  Manager needs to coach this girl. I love cava and i decided to take my family to try it out for their first time. I asked for avocado in our bowls and she had a fit rolling her eyes. When she was adding avocado on the last bowel she was talking shit under her breath next to her co worker. At first I let it go because I figured she was stressed from the shift but I watched how she serviced everyone else and she continued to have that attitude with others . The cashier even apologized. Next time I will drive to another location.

  While I was waiting in line I had the chance to speak with the cook with Gio, he was very funny and family oriented, I’d come back to this place for the home feeling. Great place :)

  That chef Giovanni is a fire cook. Man knows how to cook super nice and friendly .!!! That man is the champ and that place is super lucky to have him .!!!!! He deserves a raise for that amazing food cook style and staying cool while doing it :)) I’ll definitely be coming back .!!
