  I have ordered catering from this location several times. Roxanna is the catering coordinator and she is great. Lori was the delivery driver the last 2 times and she is very pleasant and accommodating. I had to ask them to split the last order into 2 locations for 65 people and they agreed to do with no problem.

  We ordered lunch for the office & we had the pleasure of John dropping it off & setting up the meal. I cannot speak highly enough of John he was professional & personal. Making sure everything was set up to our liking. Thank you so much John for going above & beyond!

  The spicy lamb meatballs have been my go-to CAVA order for years, and I’ve always had a good experience. I know every location can be different, but unfortunately, this visit was really disappointing. I’ve heard other people mention receiving undercooked or raw meat at different CAVA locations, and unfortunately, I experienced it myself this time. Every single lamb meatball was clearly raw/very undercooked inside. I brought it to the staff’s attention, and they simply gave me an email to contact for a refund. There was no apology or acknowledgment of what had happened. I completely understand that mistakes happen, but even a simple “I’m so sorry about that” would have gone a long way. I’ve been a longtime customer and have always enjoyed CAVA, so it was especially disappointing to have such a concerning food safety issue handled with so little concern.

  Matt was so wonderful. I was apprehensive about ordering here bc it’s a catering location, but he walked me through how to place my online order. He was so professional, kind, and patient. This was a great experience! I’ll definitely be back.

  Jabin is awesome. This is a catering location so you have to order and pay on the app or website. It’s not a big deal and very easy. The food is great and the service was super fast. Don’t live near here but would definitely recommend it, I would be a regular if it was close to me.
