- KKKymJun 3, 20261.0Breaking up with this location š new people and they have made my campfire mocha wrong twice in two weeks now. Tastes like water because they keep using the mocha powder not the mocha sauce. The first time, I asked them to remake it and they acted like I was crazy until the old staff walked in and figured out the problem and had them redo it. The second time, I didnāt even bother going back. Didnāt want an attitude again. Iāll save my money.

For whatever reason this Caribou doesnāt see the same amount of business. Perhaps itās because location or perhaps itās because they just close when they feel like it. Today I stopped in at 3:41 pm and the guy that was āworkingā at the shop said. We are closed. He was sitting on the lounge chair and not behind the counter. (He will be referred to as Lounge chair Larry from here forward). The sign that displays the hours clearly advertises OPEN until 4pm. Not cool Lounge chair Larry. Iām sure there will be some excuse that is made, but no one cares about excuses. Hey, itās just a cup of coffee ā¦ right? Yeah ā¦ well since LCL decided he was feeling lazy, tired or just wanted to continue scrolling on his phone thatās cool for Starbucks who got the order for four coffees. Moral of the rant is HONOR Your posted HOURS. Rant over. Edited to add more: I have attempted to go to this location three more times. They have been closed all three times. If you are going to close early two suggestions. Suggestion number one: update on google that you are closed. Responsible businesses do this to avoid customer frustration. Suggestion two: just change your hors to permanently close at 3 pm. I have updated the rating on the review to reflect the overall experience.

I always find Caribou to be extremely consistent and usually the Caribou staff is incredibly friendly no matter the locationā¦.this location is by far the worst Caribou I have been to. The woman who took my order had her AirPods in talking to her boyfriend while taking my order and barely acknowledged me other than a āwhat do you wantā after me already waiting 5 minutes trying to get her attention and hearing all of the details of her personal dating lifeā¦it made me feel like I was an inconvenience and interrupting her conversation. The drink was horrible ā I asked for almond milk and it was not almond milk (Iām highly lactose intolerant), I saw them unscrew the cap from a new vanilla syrup and just pour it into the drink instead of using the pump or any measuring device. It was the worst crafted press I have ever had and it was inedible just because of all of the sugar. Was sooo much syrup it was incredibly disgusting. Very disappointed because I spent $8 on an extra large of my favorite drink just to throw it away after one sip. Staff was so uninterested I didnāt even bother asking them to redo it, I was scared they would not take that well. Was looking forward to treating myself upon discharge from the hospital and left not wanting to ever come back. Anyway, do yourself a favor and go the extra few miles to the Caribou on Park Rd or Fairview. Both of those locations are incredibly consistent, the drinks are amazing, and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Will not be returning to this one and if this were my first Caribou experience, I would have not gone to Caribou again. Luckily I do know that this location is an outlier and not a good representation of one of my favorite companies. Hope they get it together! Will be sticking with the Park Road location.
