I don’t understand how I order door dash and it take the dasher 25 minutes to get to the store and my food still not ready. Then the dasher who is currently at the store has to wait an additional 20 minutes to even get my food. It’s like when you order online you are not a priority. Then when I do get my food it’s always something wrong. Just hire a new staff or do some retraining

The wings they brought out were cold and hard. We told our server, and she took them back. She returned ten minutes later and asked us to check them to make sure they were "nice and hot since I know you guys are picky." She said it fast and walked away, and since I was already checking them, I was just nodding yes. Anyways, these next "hot" ones were really hard too. I’m not sure if they were reheated, but I wouldn’t be surprised. We left half our food on the table. We love coming to BWW, and though the service is usually poor, we keep coming back because of the food. But today neither the food nor the service was good.

The place was nearly empty but we waited maybe 5 minutes before anyone showed up to seat us. Then we were told we can't be seated at a booth even though many were open. Then, we get seated at a dirty table with sauce smeared on both sides. The food was good and hot. The refills didn't happen until we asked for them, and only once, they never happened again. If you want to feel like you're a bother, go here. To be fair, I KNOW the staff isn't getting paid enough to really give a damn, so I'm not mad at them. Just know BWW is profiting while starving it's workers of money, and it's customers of decent service.

This genuinely might have been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. All in all, everything was disappointing. Service was extremely slow, orders were either wrong or forgotten about or both, and the worst part was probably the food itself. For a franchise that focuses its image on wings, I was severely surprised at the poor quality. The wings that arrived at our table were skimpy, old (like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp), and just poorly dressed. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. The “dry rub” was actually just a dried out wing with seasoning dropped on top. Given it wasn’t too busy when we were there, I don’t want to know what an experience would be like when it does get busy.

Why is this location open??? Attempted to go for the first time this past weekend after PantherFest and it was a complete disaster in there. Clearly short staffed and NO communication. It seems the same 3 people were working in the kitchen , the pickup counter and SOMETIMES the floor. There were plenty of booths and seating open but they weren’t seating anybody! Mind you this is right downtown you should be use to crowds but they were very ill prepared as it wasn’t just PantherFest, Delta Sigma Theta also had an event. No one said anything to us everyone was lost. After waiting around most of us ended up down the street at some other spot that was surprisingly selling food after 10:00 in the city. I wouldn’t go here if it was the only place to eat in Charlotte. They don’t know how to handle anything. Try any other location!
