I have been waiting to try this place for as long as they had their "coming soon" signs up. I was very disappointed on my first visit. Keep in mind, this is my lowest rating I've given in quite some time and I review a lot of restaurants. We walked in to a plain place with no decor up, tables that weren't wiped off and excessively loud music. The ambiance had potential though. Waited about 20+ minutes for the food and I can say it was very fresh. I ordered the 10" Cheesesteak with onions, banana peppers, mayo and sauce. When I opened the sandwich, I literally saw one pepper on the entire thing with no trace of onions. The last third of the sandwich had no meat on one side of the bread and very little condiments. Overall, the sandwich didn't have anywhere near the amount of meat I was expecting for the $15 price they charged. The taste was very good though and the meat and sauce had good flavor. I added the fries and drink for $5. A choice of a can or Walmart bottle of water. Walmart brand. The waffle fries were seasoned well but had mostly small pieces and crumbs with a few normal sized fries on top. Not worth $5 either. My wife ordered the 6" chicken Cheesesteak. I've seen thicker burritos at Taco Bell. Lacked amount of meat and not worth $10. We tipped 20% at the register. They called us up to pick up our own order when nobody was in line. Figured they'd at least bring it to the table. Overall, spent nearly $40 on a 10", 6 " side of fries and a Walmart brand bottle of water. I was disappointed, my wife was mad and she hardly ever has opinions about food or the places we visit. I understand they've only been open less than a week so I'd be willing to give them a second try but it won't be any time soon and I wouldn't go out of my way to try it.

I've been to the other one on the north side and it's some of the best things I've ever put into my mouth. I asked them about expansion years ago and I'm so excited for this new location.
