This was my second visit to Buffalo Eatz, and at this point I’ve tried two different locations. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be going back. On my first visit, I didn’t feel like I got a fair read on the food because the sandwich was wrapped up and the steam completely destroyed the bun. This time, I had them put the Philly cheesesteak in a vented clear container, which definitely helped with the bread holding up better. That said, I paid $19 for a regular Philly cheesesteak and a bottle of Coke, and for that price I expected more. The sandwich felt light on meat, and one half clearly had less meat than the other. I had a hard time believing it was actually a half-pound of meat. It seemed like the kitchen was so busy trying to get orders out quickly that the portions may not have been weighed out consistently. I also wasn’t a fan of the seasoning on the meat. It left an aftertaste I didn’t care for, and I did not like the bun they use either. The cooks need more training on how much they are seasoning the ribeye. Another thing that surprised me was the drink pricing. A bottle of water was $3, which is the same as a 20 oz Coke or even a can of Coke. I understand charging more for bottled drinks, but bottled water costs much less in bulk than soda, so that pricing didn’t make much sense to me. I also think it would be helpful if they offered a water station or at least an easier option for customers who just want water. The layout of the Tryon location also isn’t great. The front area feels too small, the dining area isn’t very comfortable, and the long hallway to the bathroom makes the setup feel awkward. Overall, after two visits to two different locations, I’d consider the food very mid. For the price, portion size, flavor, and overall experience, I won’t be returning.

I Kept seeing this on IG and everything looks fire..so I went..Friendly staff for sure, patient with my questions about wing flavors. BUT it was miss for me...which may partly be on me, I should have asked for my wings to be fried SOFT...because the ones I got were hard almost over done making the meat dry and I should have followed my 1st mind on the sauce choices. They were good, but I'm counting on my own taste buds next visit...lol. My daughter LOVED 😍 her burger and both of us agree fries were fire 🔥. I will come back and try again but I'm also gonna have to see about a sub. Overall, it a vibe, its busy, decent food and I understand why they do so well.

This isn’t my first time having Buffalo Eatz and I must say food is 10/10. I can’t wait to try more items but their philly cheesesteak has to be one of the BEST Phillies in the cities if not the best! The flavor is always there along with freshness. And don’t get me started on the strawberry red velvet cheesecake.. amazing! The new location in Steele creek is great loved the atmosphere and customer service from the staff

I tried to love this place but I'm not in college anymore. I didn't go after midnight with the munchies. It was horrible to be honest. We had a chicken Philly, steak and sausage, the chopped cheese, egg rolls, and more. Nothing was good. The order took 40 minutes and while I waited in my car because it's barely room to order in the restaurant, I saw at least 4 petty crimes. I usually try to keep it positive, but I literally only like the name.

I went there today with my cousin to get some wings. Treasure took our orders, she’s very sweet and kind. She deserves a raise for her warmth that she brought to the room when we walked in. The chargrilled wings are the best, regular fried wings aren’t bad by no means, but that crisp and taste from a grill is undeniable. Have to say that the strawberry hot is the best flavor I’ve come across. Right amount of strawberry taste, not even hot to me but the chicken is cooked amazingly. I drive from Columbia SC for the wings, the price is a little high but the quality of chicken wing is absolutely top tier.
