I told her then I asked if she can just make it a combo and she gave me the awful looking stare and then went over to the register and rung me up. I paid with a card and she stands there with her hand out and the machine says waiting on the cashier. This lady was just plain out rude. Food was mediocre. Definitely see why the parking lot is empty. She didn’t give any receipt she just walked away.

At this time I'm not sure what the person's name was that created the experience. Cashier: Rosalyn creates the absolute best Bojangle experience 😊 She's welcoming, keeps the busy line moving at an appropriate pace, meets request and clearly focuses on the customer experience. I worked on corporate training teams for many years and would certainly add this young lady training experience team 😊
