  For a fully staffed restaurant on a Sunday at 1pm, with 3 customers inside, there is no excuse for poor customer service. The individual filling orders up front got straight 3 customers orders wrong, that includes my order. While the manager was nice in taking care my messed up order, the fact that 3 straight customers got their orders wrong is ridiculous.

  I want to report that the staff at this restaurant are terrible employees. The guy at the counter sold me raw chicken that still had blood in it. It was the worst experience of my life; there is a complete lack of hygiene in that place—it is absolutely disgusting.

  Second time I put my order in on the app and they couldn’t find my order. They had me pull up and wait. I waited 30 minutes and watched the line completely clear out. There was one person on the inside. When I went up to the counter to check on my order they had it bagged up and handed it to me. It was wrong! They fixed what was left out and had a terrible attitude about it. All of the other items, except the one they left out initially, were ice cold. We ended up throwing it all out. That’s after me putting the order in on the app, arriving in time for pick up, and then waiting a total of 45 minutes. There is no way I’ll ever go back. Too bad. It’s literally a mile from my house.

  Terrible service. Employees dropping the wrong chicken in the fryer. New hires being left by themselves. Slow workers. Idk where to begin smh People getting off shift employees not remember what order I made after 30 MINUTES only think I got out of it was a free drink . This location will not be visited again!!!
