- DBdaja brown1 day ago1.0I had a disappointing experience at this Bojangles. I ordered through the drive-thru and purchased a large Pepsi with my meal. When I reached the window, I was asked to pull forward and wait because my food wasn’t ready, which was understandable. The issue was with my drink. The Pepsi was extremely watered down, and when I told the employee, they said, “Yeah, something is going on with our soda machine.” My question is: if they already knew the machine wasn’t working properly, why wasn’t I told before I paid? Customers shouldn’t be charged for a drink that isn’t what they ordered. I asked if I could have something else instead, and they gave me an orange juice, which I appreciated. However, the lack of communication was frustrating. If your soda machine isn’t working correctly, you should let customers know before serving them a poor-quality drink. I hope this is addressed so future customers have a better experience.
