  This place has a special place in my heart. The workers are very hard workers and they are extremely kind. This bojangles location makes me feel at home. Definitely recommend!

  I ordered here on 05/03/2026 online and drove to get my order .. it wasn’t ready like it was supposed to be . Myself and a few others placed online orders , well long story short . The food was hard and cold , we were starving and ate it anyway .. A few hours later ALL of us were sick with food poisoning , we had to go to the hospital . I tried to contact customer service about this but kept getting error codes and I’m not waiting hours on the phone to talk to someone . It was confirmed by the hospital that it was def food poisoning , I’ll never eat here again . 8 of us projectile vomiting at once was an experience .. I saw they reheated already cooked food , should’ve been my sign right there

  This used to be a good Bojangles store and worth the extra drive time since the uptown Harrisburg store went bad, about two years ago. Now, sadly, the Brookdale store has also succumbed to equally poor service. Waited at the counter 15 minutes, assured upon entry that my order would be taken in a minute, then got back in my car and tried the drive up, again waited 6 more minutes for someone to take my money. Finally gave up after about 30 minutes and went to Wendy's. BTW, there were no patrons in the dining room, and I was the only car in the drive-up. It's a shame that a brand has a good product but substandard delivery practice..........
