I placed an online order and saw it on the screen, but the girl at the counter thought it was okay to fulfill many other orders ahead of mine. I had to ask another girl for help, who I think was a manager, and she was very kind and helped me with my order 20 minutes later.

Downfall is the wait time and lack of station availability.young guy took my order is now on the floor cleaning but pants are sagging and he has on ear buds and can’t hear the manager. Apparently she has spoken to him more than once as she has stated to him. This is the same guy I spoke about to management. He is not being a team player. Looks like he keeps getting chances but keeps failing those chances over again. Young guy. But to be honest this is the first bojangles in a long time where the chicken and biscuits were pretty good. Only discrepancies are the fries and long waiting.
