Then proceeded to keep her attitude with me the whole interaction. I asked for extra seasoning when I ordered and the fries were dry. So I asked at the window again for it. The lady gave me a nasty look and said we can’t give that to you. Then changed to making me pull forward and was just angry. I do not recommend going to this establishment. Update I just ate the food and it was awful. The fries were overcooked, the tea tasted funny and, the chicken was tiny and tasted off. I couldn’t finish it and threw it away. Now forced to be hungry for the rest of work.

On August 18, 2026, I went through the drive-thru at 3:52 PM and placed an order for a 5 Tender Combo with two bo-berry biscuits on the side. I paid at the window at 3:55 PM. The employee gave me my tenders but told me to pull forward and wait for my biscuits. I waited approximately 25 minutes, and no one brought them out. I eventually had to go inside, where I saw multiple employees standing around while my order was still not being completed. I finally received my food after waiting about 25 minutes. The cashier who originally handled my order was nowhere to be found, and there was no communication or explanation for the delay. This was extremely unacceptable customer service.

There was a long piece of black hair in my food, Brittany who was incredible stated she would replace the entire 4 pc chicken tender combo, The general manager a lady told me that she would not replace anything because the previous person failed to give me a receipt even though I kept the entire box of food to it’s entirety, she was completely dismissive and rude as if my experience wasn’t already terrible as it was being that there was hair in my food. She needs to be removed from fast food she showed zero empathy or concern about the matter and I will be contacting corporate which she told me she didn’t care

I don't know what they're doing differently at this South Tryon location, but they need to teach every other Bojangles how to do it. The chicken tenders are always fresh, hot, and seasoned just right. The customer service is consistently friendly and professional, and even when the line is long, it's worth the wait. Now I understand why there's always a line. They actually care about the quality of the food and the customers. Keep up the great work! I'll definitely keep coming back.
