Sat there for ten minutes before getting to the menu board where I told them I had a mobile order. Got to the window and they told me they didn't have any chicken sandwich patties down. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do it. It's literally 12pm, which is lunch time. Why don't they have chicken sandwiches at lunch time? Ended up waiting longer outside for them to bring my food. Unbelievable.

Had to ask for it after waiting 15 min when there was only one other table eating inside and several people that came in after us got their food first. 2. Forgot the peach sauce we paid for. 3. Soggy, smoky-tasting Botato rounds. Asked for fries instead since we had to leave for other commitments. 4. Possible forgotten ingredients. One of the two iced sweet cream coffees we ordered had visibly less cofee in it and was darker and more bitter than the other. Only thing that was fine was the spicy filet biscuit.

The service from the young ones that work There are horrible. The attitude is ridiculous. And you can tell that they lack complete experience in customer service. Why do we hire people like this?They look like they don’t wanna be there. I asked for a extra ranch, and she said I couldn’t have one Which is ridiculous. When I ordered a five piece chicken supreme, and the ranch literally has almost nothing In the cup.
