They don’t CARE about their customers, every time I visit the employees are DISINTERESTED. And you expect my business?!? AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!

I had no problem waiting, but because I had never been to this location before, I asked where exactly they wanted me to go. Instead of giving clear directions, the employee just told me to “go around,” so I did exactly that and circled back through the drive-thru. When I got back to the window, the manager on duty with the black-and-white hair had a nasty attitude immediately. She told me my order takes five minutes, which I understood, but that was not the issue. The issue was that I asked for clarification, was given unclear instructions, and then was treated like I was stupid for following what I was told. The male employee’s tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for the confusion or simply explaining where I should have waited, he chose to catch an attitude and talk down to me. How is that acceptable from an employee? Miscommunication happens, but disrespecting a paying customer because your team gave unclear directions is unacceptable. This location clearly needs better training on communication, professionalism, and basic customer service.

They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. The service was fast, my order was correct, and their positive attitudes truly stood out. It’s rare to come across customer service this great nowadays, and they absolutely deserve recognition for how hard they work. Thank you both for making my visit such a pleasant experience — I’ll definitely be back!
