  Was told pull up to wait for food. After 15 mins just left after never receiving items. And went somewhere else

  Lazy slow employees, unhygienic, I waited 30 minutes for one order of chicken rippers, watched a fully staffed kitchen just walk around doing nothing the entire time!

  This is (unfortunately) the only Bojangles that is close enough for me to go to for lunch at work. Mostly the food there is fine. but 3/4 times I go in and they are "out of ranch" either they need to go back to the premade ranch, or they need to idk simply MAKE MORE. how do you run out of something you make in house?

  Absolutely horrible service. Had dental surgery so thought I would take it easy and grab “fast” food my kid. Ordered at the drive-through got to the window and was told they didn’t have half of what I ordered, which was fine. Then I was told I had to pull up and wait for fries. Seven minutes later and my being the only customer I go into the store for one of the employees to say oh, did y’all forget about him? And then just requested a refund and David the manager asked for a receipt which I was never given and also I thought was hilarious given they forgot about me and I was literally sitting in the parking lot waiting on my food. All the employees sitting around chatting, it’s snow, surprised that they forgot that someone had paid for food and was waiting to get what they paid for.
