What should have been a quick and simple order turned into a frustrating waste of time. To start, my order was made incorrectly. I ordered a sweet tea and was given two unsweet teas instead. While mistakes happen, what made the situation worse was how it was handled afterward. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, I was told to wait at the front. My group ended up standing there for about ten minutes just to get a drink corrected. The biggest problem wasn’t even the mistake itself—it was the customer service. The employees I interacted with came across as rude and uninterested in helping. There was no apology for the incorrect order, no sense of urgency to fix the issue, and no effort to make the situation right. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the restaurant exists. When people choose a fast-food restaurant, they expect three basic things: correct orders, reasonable wait times, and respectful service. Unfortunately, this location failed in all three areas during my visit. Receiving the wrong drinks was frustrating, waiting an additional ten minutes to correct a simple mistake was even more frustrating, and being treated poorly by the staff made the entire experience memorable for all the wrong reasons. I’ve visited plenty of restaurants where mistakes happen, but good customer service usually makes up for them. In this case, the lack of professionalism and courtesy turned a minor issue into a negative experience from start to finish. Management should seriously evaluate how customer concerns are handled and provide additional training on customer service. A simple apology, a positive attitude, and a quick correction would have completely changed my impression of this visit. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. I left disappointed, annoyed, and feeling like my time wasn’t valued. There are too many other places that get orders right and treat customers with respect for me to want to return anytime soon.

The employee who helped me was so kind, enthusiastic, and respectful—she truly made my day with her positive attitude. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and everything was prepared perfectly. Excellent customer service and a great breakfast. I’ll definitely be back
