I have been here once when I waited over thirty minutes and decided to give it another chance on a day where there was hardly any line. Once again, I am waiting 30 minutes for my order. They prioritize door dash drivers orders over customers that are in person in the store. This is extremely frustrating to wait 20 minutes and then have a dasher come in just doing their job and get immediately given food. I think that they could have a way better system with this, I almost feel like I would get my food faster if I went on the door dash app and ordered it for myself. I hate to express my complaints in this way but unfortunately I think that this may be the best way for the place for obtain feedback. I also think the AI system here has totally messed up the whole customer worker experience. I really hope they can take this feedback along with the other 1 star reviews and make some improvements.
